I have only positive experiences with Strong Mind! The course materials are well thought, thorough yet easy to digest. The balance between the science/theory and practical steps explained in the materials hits the sweet spot. I know how to keep working on my mental training even after the course has ended because I know "why" behind all of "what to do". The coaches ask you questions that make you think even deeper and help you find your own answers. I felt welcomed, seen, heard and genuinely cared during all 3 courses I have taken. Their wisdom, knowledge, experiences as climbers and coaches are the next level. Their technical support is also superb. When I had a problem with accessing my account, I wrote them an email and within a few hours it was solved (even though I wasnt in their time zone).

excellent communication
StrongMind is a great coaching and teaching company. I find that they are able to explain and communicate very clearly concepts that are often very "nebulous", but without making them trivial. They are also great at building a community and making you feel part of it.
