Ordered various times over the years. Always quick and good service!

My company order a thicker 12 gauge material, what was shipped was a thinner 08 gauge material. We were charged for the 12 gauge and Strip-Curtains will not make this right.
Additionally, they said they would air ship the material overnight and charged us for that, then shipped on a truck. After mutliple emails and calls I got a call back from one of the V.P.s. They did refund the shipping costs.

We have ordered several different sizes for Strip Curtain several times, we have never been disappointed with the service or the product.

The material came in complete. There was nothing missing. Instructions are self explanatory. It took about one hour to install. We drilled smaller holes in the metal because we secured it to drywall.

A month later I got my curtains and another week just to get the tape to stick the curtains

The dimensions that I provided was exactly what we received. All fasteners provided was exactly what we needed to secure the curtains to steel rail. Product received was same product that was described online. Fit perfect, easy installation, easy to cut to length. Would highly recommend.

Their service is great and reliable

Four years ago, I purchased their strip-curtain hardware along with a set of curtains through Amazon with no problems. 2 years later, I reordered a new set of curtains directly from their website -- again with no problem. This time, however, they shipped my order to the wrong address and when, after a full week, we seemed no closer to a resolution, I requested that they cancel the order and refund my money (having found an alternative source for the same product at a lower price). When, after 10 days, they still had not agreed to refund my money, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a credit for that amount on my account.
