We love our Strip Curtains between the horse stalls and runs. We have used them for several years now. It keeps the flies out in the summer and the cold out in the winter. We have recommended them to several neighbors and friends, and everyone is happy with them.
Our last order we placed with Jack, and he provided excellent customer service to us.

Don’t expect to hear from this company once u have ordered and paid. When they say they will call or contact you don’t believe them. They are lying. They never call or email back. U must call them and they will tell you all sorts of stories and pass blame to you and anyone else but themselves. I ordered track, wheels, mounting brackets and end pieces for canvas curtains. The first order I received a couple weeks after placing that order. The box with small parts was packed so poorly in a very thin box that one side had been ripped off and taped up by UPS. The rollers that were shown to be in bags were not in bags, just dumped in the box. Of the 60 ordered, 21 arrived. Set screws were found in the bottom of the box, not in the mounting brackets and 10 were missing entirely. Most of the ends to the rails were missing. This was all blamed on UPS. This they said would take 10 business because they would not resend until UPS accepted blame and paid them. It took another 3 weeks to resend the contents of the box. Because of my repeated calls to receive shipping info which I could never track, they played a game with me and sent me 20 emails telling me it would arrive “tomorrow”. It never arrived. That box was lost/destroyed in shipping which I had to find out by calling UPS as they would not notify me of the problem. I again called and they were to send another in 3 days. Again I had to call repeatedly and threaten to cancel my credit card payment and have them retrieve the rails at their expense. This forced them to expedite the resending of my order, an order they would not have sent. I received the box 4 days after my last phone interaction ( they can do the job if they want). This cheap box also had a lower corner torn open spilling out set screws and an end piece. (Very cheap boxes and poor packing again). I have sent them more emails on 2 different days over the past 4 days asking them what to do now. As expected, they have not replied. I will not call them again as i will hear the same stories I have been getting from the start 6 weeks ago. I could never recommend this company or buy anything from them. I hope u get better service snd honestly from them than I did if u choose to purchase anything from this company.

Still waiting on my order.

If I could give zero I would. The absolute worst order I could have possibly gotten. Half *sided pieces thrown in a box for hardware. Didn’t send enough strips as paid for. Said they would make it right. Sent another piece of hardware to try to fit what they messed up. Then they’ve ghosted me on the missing strips. Math doesn’t lie. If I ordered 50% overlap for a 60in door and only 10 8in strips come in…. Welp that doesn’t add up. Numerous emails for a refund and no more response. ULINE go there.

We received great professional service from the start of our order to the delivery and even beyond that! I was able to track my items to ensure there were no hiccups. I recommend to all!

The parcel was mention as shipped but on the transport site it mention that they did not have the parcel as of then.

It toke 6 days more then mention for the delivery.

The order was split in two, one box arrived and that was when I found out the other part of the order had been on back order. The fact that your system told me you were shipping when in fact you were not shipping complete was frustrating.
the order was fulfilled quickly enough that I did not need to action it was a saving grace.
Your customer service personal were excellent and very informative.

Bait and switch👎, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE,just to find out what you are getting, They leave out details of your order in their emails. Website and packing slip says one thing,emails omitted the thickness. I'm still waiting for a partial refund with my other order that they overcharged me. Buy somewhere else.

The product ordered did not remotely meet expectations. When contacted support they said they had no control over what was actually sent out. The strips ordered were for a welding booth, the once received are way too light for a welding booth, great for a freezer I guess, but still specd for welding on website

As a first-time customer, I had no trouble placing my order. Delivery was completed within the allotted time frames and precisely as ordered. Although the products have not yet been used, no issues are anticipated.

This is a very dependable company with which to conduct business. They maintained consistent communication with me after placing the order and informed me of the delivery and all other details that were essential!

Because so many of my friends have told me about this firm, I placed my first order. The product, which I know is excellent, was delivered on time, and the communication was effective. I'm sorry, but the postage fee is one disadvantage. The expenses were high since I was unable to order a minimum amount large enough to qualify for free postal shipping. will make an effort to "save up" for a higher order.
