No reply to numerous emails and online…
No reply to numerous emails and online chat. I even wanted to add a bag and some balls to my order. They obviously didn’t want my business.
Delivery was very slow. This may have been due to the new year but this doesn’t excuse the lack of communication.
2 stars due to me being happy with my product

Friendly, helpful and speedy!
Used these guys in the past. They were friendly, helpful and speed with turnaround for the racket I bought. They were happy to do my string set up at no extra charge.
I ordered another racket from them and got the same service. Super quick delivery both times!
Highly recommend.

I noticed String Sports were unreviewed on Trustpilot so called by phone to make sure the tennis racket was in stock. I also wanted to find out how long delivery takes when you add a stringing service. Amazingly, I received my racket the next day! I’m really chuffed and thought I would leave feedback to show my appreciation! Many thanks
