I placed my order on April 22
I placed my order on April 22, 2025. But it hasn't reached me and has been on the way for 56 days. However, when I enter the tracking number, there has been no tracking update about my order since April 26. I have been a customer of this company for many years and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. But even though I have contacted them many times via e-mail and asked them to help me resolve this issue, I have not been informed about this issue. They just told me that your order will reach you soon.

THEY ARE THE BEST !!
they answered the phone, took my order and then we joked around.............oh, I forgot I did receive free shipping on my order because it was approx. $63.00 , also a 10 % discount for fathers day and no sales tax and it blew away Amazon Primes price and I got to speak with Nick.............they ARE THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good prices and customer support
I usually don't buy things from the USA because of its high shipping fees to Europe, but I though in this case the items base price was worth it because it's significantly cheaper than here, in Portugal, from strings to guitar maintenance products.
There was a small problem with the payment at first and the package was a bit late, but they could help me every time through their live chat, so the experience ended up being quite pleasant. I would strongly recommend it.
