Close attention from your agent who offered helpful information about the properties and went out of his way to establish a good match between my needs and the market. The only negative is that your property details for flat sales do not include details of leases, service charges and ground rent as a matter of course, and finding out wastes time in the search process - include that, and you score 5 stars.

Streets Ahead - Leaps Ahead
George and his team made all the difference, as they were well-versed, ultimately high functioning professionals, and advised via text on every viewing. As well as making adjustments to ensure my goals were met without much intervention, calls or loss of time.
I never had a problem with missing keys, and they have the good grace to act on my instructions as you would expect, rather than on the company's internal procedures. Even so, they had signed off to be able to tailor my requests. A big ask when big firms are involved if you know anything about renting.
My experience could be further than those unprofessionals at Barnard Marcus South Croydon.

Holding deposit to be refunded
So the last time, I was here was giving an half baked review of Adem trying to help me with getting I and my boys a 3 bedroom house, but so far there have been some hiccups to having that happen and I've been waiting for my holding deposit back for at least almost 2 weeks now still to no avail . please I need someone to look into this for me because it looks like Adem has already put this through to be returned back to me but still no refund has been made .

One good, One not so good, and Disappointed .
First I appreciated the sales consultant Ben for professional property presentation, but I couldn't say the same about the sales negotiator Mo.
Dealing with Mo I found myself wasting time exchanging emails, viewing properties, making an offer for the priority property I focused on, making phone calls and listening all the excuses...etc.
Never contacted Streets Ahead Estate Agency again, never trust them and never recommended them to anyone.

As a landlord who doesn't live locally
As a landlord who doesn't live locally, it's really important to have a local agent who is prepared to give that extra level of support. Streets Ahead in Croydon are real professionals. Their tenant find is a fast and reliable service, and they have always returned excellent results. All of the staff are helpful and respond quickly to any questions. Particular shout out to Josh, and Zoe, who are really on the ball!

people better then company.
When i needed to Find a new place to live i found working with Aibah Stone was nothing more then amazing. She was helpful and understanding, everytime i came in to ask a question she had the answer. I would love to give a higher star but when i moved in to my new flat (that was managed by streets Ahead) it was obvious it wasn't give a basic clean and no one even looked at the state of the place before i moved in.I did bring this up with them and they did compensate for the issue.
Please don't take my view on the company refect Ms stone, Helpfull ,Friendly and kind.
