I placed an order, paid and received a confirmation email. It has been over 1 month and these are their emails:
Due to some technical difficulties with our payment gateway, orders were delayed as the funds were held for several days. To avoid making you wait any longer and to prevent further inconvenience, we have decided to cancel your order.

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to proceed with shipping your order due to an issue with our previous payment merchant. A significant amount of funds, including your payment, has been frozen by them, and they are not releasing it. Because of this, we’re also unable to process cancellations or issue refunds manually from our side.

We kindly ask you to please contact your bank and dispute the charge. This will allow you to recover your payment directly, as it’s currently held with the merchant and not accessible to us.

Once you receive your funds back, you can place a new order through our website. We’ve already set up a new payment system, and your jackets are ready—they were only held due to this merchant issue.

I ordered a coat for my wife for her birthday. I ordered the size that she normally wears and it was too small. I reached out to street outerwears about the issue and asked for an exchange. I received one email asking about what size I needed. After responding to this email I have not heard anything even after several other emails and trying to reach out by phone. No Customer Service!!!!!!

This is a scam web site, also the reviews are fake produced by themselves. It so not possible by customers to leave review. Please see also Trustpilot 5 stars reviews, they are also fake.

I had a great experience I purchased a Carhartt jacket for my daughter it was a gift so she got it later, & unfortunately couldn’t fit it. I reached out to Customer service even though I was passed return period they still allowed me to get an exchange. They went above and beyond, responded fast I’ll definitely be buying more items soon.

Seahawk fans. You will love this Seahawk 50 jacket. With the Seahawks in the Super Bowl game it will be a hit. The company is very responsive in making sure you get the right fit. If you like a loose fit be sure to check the sizing chart and maybe order a size larger as they seem to run small.

Ive had the opportunity to purchase from Street Outerwears and I received my order as well as being very pleased. My item didn't fit but Street Outerwears are making everything right, I am still very satisfied. Thank you.

This company was really easy to work with on a size issue that had accrued.
I would recommend them to anyone. The sweatshirt was exactly as described. The size I ordered was a little smaller than expected but they were very professional in solving the issue. The quality of the material was excellent. I will definitely buy from them again.

I wish I would've read some reviews before purchasing anything. I bought a North Face coat for my son , and what came back to me was non authentic cheap a** fake coat. They used machine to print the brand on it, like if nobody would notice. I'm so pissed 😤. I respectfully asked them for return and refund and they keep dubbing my email. When I emailed them the first time they responded but when I told them the issue they started ignoring all my emails. Now im trying to find a way to get my money back smh. Please don't buy nothing from this company they are not Legit. They are scamming people.

I have been asking for shipping and tracking information from this company for two weeks and they continue to just lie and say it will be sent. I have not received anything from them and now I am left not being able to have this gift that I ordered in November here by Christmas. I wish I would have read all of these terrible reviews before. ordering

Do NOT buy from Street Outerwears! They are scammers! I purchased a Stussy puffer but what arrived was a bad fake that REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was shoved in a FedEx bag and sent by some dude named Muhammed from Karachi, Pakistan!

Zero stars. No confirmation of order. When jacket arrived I queried fabric colour in relation to advertised and non-functioning jacket poppers. Asked to return for refund. No communication. Trying to retrieve money via credit card

I ordered a jacket that arrived in the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered rectify by sending the correct size. The jacket is also amazing quality.
My review is based on the fantastic quality of the jacket, the very fair price and the instant customer service response.

I got the jacket and the quality is great, it is very stylish and fashionable ! I want size up to have oversized fit and the customer support is just awesome!

First off, great customer service -- I ordered a jacket which ran way too big -- so i emailed and got a response within 24hrs. Asked me to send some pictures of me in the jacket to assess the fit and actively worked with me to try and get me the best fit possible. I only had to pay the additional shipping. So, the 5 star really revolves around their responsiveness and willing to help resolved any issues.

Hatte für meinen Sohn eine T1 Worlds Jacket White bestellt. Geliefert wurde eine billige Nachahmung aus Pakistan, für die ich auch noch Zollgebühren zahlen musste. Auf Reklamationen wird nicht reagiert.

I purchased the “McLaren Varsity Bomber Jacket” expecting a product that matched the photos and materials listed on the website. However, what I received was a clear reproduction with major differences:

The images on the website are taken from the original Abercrombie product and edited (the inner label is blurred out, and some design elements are concealed).

The jacket I received had noticeable differences in embroidery quality, missing inner pockets, and lacked any internal material label (despite claiming “real wool and leather”).

The wool materials felt synthetic (the sleeves felt like they were actually made of leather), and there was no proof provided that it matched the claimed fabric composition.

While the website does mention the word “reproduced,” it’s buried in a product description that otherwise mimics a high-end branded listing. There is no proper disclaimer alerting buyers that the photos used are not of the actual product being sold.

To their credit, the seller eventually agreed to issue a full refund after I pointed out these issues. However, this only happened after back-and-forth emails and significant effort on my side.

Hier nichts bestellen. Warnung!!! FakeShop. Ich habe vor 2 Monaten bestellt und die Bestellung hätte schon längst da sein müssen. Das Unternehmen meldet sich auf zig E-Mails nicht. Ich bekomme auch mein Geld nicht zurück.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My order was placed in November, the delivery details state 10 working days for delivery and up to 20 working days. After 20 working days, order had not been received and no communications had been received either. I contacted them and was told the item would be delivered the following week and would definitely arrive before Christmas. Again it didn’t arrive and no communications were sent to me. I contacted them again and was told I would receive 25$ in compensation and the item was on its way. The jacket arrived and it is nothing like it should be, awful quality, stitching coming apart and scratches all over the leather. I have contacted them multiple times to ask for a refund and how I return the item. The website states the item is too large for a normal return and you have to contact them. I still have not had a response and I have not had my compensation. I now have no idea how to send this back for a refund since they are ignoring me. Do not order from them!
