Don't trust this company
The only reason I decided to order from this website was because it said they would deliver in 7-10 days. When I placed the order (10/17/25), there was MORE than 10 business days before Halloween. I realized I was in trouble when I got an email 3 days later trying to confirm the size, and then ZERO communication afterwards. I tried contacting them through their customer service in their site... NEVER ANSWERED. I asked for a tracking number by email silence. I opened an email on the morning of 10/28/25, which was sent sent late on 10/27/25 with a tracking number... and said it was coming from Pakistan. I knew then there was ZERO chance of receiving it by Halloween. It arrived on 11/3/25. I opened a case on Paypal to get a refund, and it was then that I receive a message from the company, trying to get me to keep it for free as long as I dropped the case on Paypal. I said "refund me first, and I'll send it, because I don't trust you to refund me after I drop the case", and they said no. And now, returning it to Pakistan costs 2x as much as the order was. Paypal was no help. They are scammers. Check out all the bad reviews you read here and you'll see a pattern. The good reviews are probably by bots. Stay away from them.
PS- now Fedex is charging me in tariffs. This is ridiculous.
