I am truly satisfied with the customer service from the aesthetic doctor at Stratum Clear Clinic.
From the start, I was impressed by the kind and warm service provided. Finding a reliable beauty skincare consultancy in central London has been a nightmare over the past year. My previous clinic frequently canceled appointments just hours before they were scheduled. However, Stratum Clear Clinic has been reliable and professional in communication, which is refreshing. When I first got in touch by phone, I was greeted by a warm and patient voice that answered all my questions and showed a genuine desire to help me. This was a stark contrast to the aggressive and rushed responses I've often encountered with other beauty services.
This experience at Stratum Clear Clinic has been a refreshing change. The clinic's proximity to me is a bonus, making it even more convenient. I wholeheartedly give a 5-star review. Excellent service all around!

Very pleased with the customer service and treatment. It’s great to finally find a clinic with a qualified professional (doctor) who really cares.
Receiving treatment for my skin tone was a plus; being a person of colour (with a dark complexion), my issues were resolved.
