Amazing company and customer support

Fantastic company , quality is fantastic and customer service is excellent. Had a problem with order I contacted customer and everything was done next day .

Shocking delivery times. I will never order from a big live again! You think first comes first is actually a thing but not with this company. Ordered straight away at 12 spend £180 and still no update on where my order is or when it comes. Others who have ordered way after me have received there orders. Clearly not being packed and shipped in order.

I had an issue where my order unfortunately got lost in transit, but as soon as I reached out, Ellie from customer service was so quick to look into it and explained exactly what had happened. She reassured me straight away and offered to send a replacement the same day once I confirmed my address.

The whole process was handled so smoothly and kindly! it really put me at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to fix things properly.

Honestly such lovely, helpful service and super quick too. Really appreciate how well this was handled! thank you again! Absolutely brilliant customer service, staff are lovely, as a loyal customer I cannot recommend them enough as a company, I have so many of their products, my favorite being their pyjama brand as I have so many and will always be my no.1 go to! I have put my family and friends onto them and they absolutely love them too! Quality and service unmatched! 🫶🏼

Absolutely adore this company!

I’ve bought around six pairs of pyjamas, a dressing gown, and a hooded blanket, and the quality has been amazing every single time. Delivery is always quick, and the packaging is such a lovely touch.

I’ve been a silent follower of this brand for a while now, and I can’t wait to visit the shop in person one day!

The customer service team and the owner Chloe herself are so attentive to their customers. Chloe really takes the time out to acknowledge each of her customers individually and I can’t count how many times I’ve seen her exercise such generosity towards them on social media, whether it’s giveaways, tailoring each customers experience to what they want or going the extra mile to make sure they’re satisfied. I’m happy to say I’m one of these customers who has received such amazing customer service from everyone in the team whenever I’ve had any issues or questions and I’m so glad to be able to support such a great small business and hope they continue to grow!

Customer service is incredible. I contacted them via email as I had a very minor quality issue with a purchase of a sponge and Carley sent me out a new one free of charge! I absolutely love the mega marshmallow and have now placed an order for 2 more. I will definitely be buying more in future- brilliant product and fantastic service!

I’m a pyjama connoisseur I have 37 brand new pairs of pyjamas that I’ve not even wore yet and I can safely say I’ve never had a nicer pair of pyjamas. I can’t explain. It’s the fit the material, there warm but not too warm. They have cuff sleeves so they don’t ride up. The material so soft and thick but not too warm thick. There just the most perfect pyjamas I’ve ever had. I will be changing all my pyjamas to these. I love them.

Amazing product. Only ever had one issue was when I pre ordered a set and it took about 2 months to arrive but when it did they sent goodies with it to make up for the delay.

I absolutely love the Cmfrt pjs and are the only ones I now own. However, the way xmas 2025 was handled is poor. They had items on pre order but said they now removed it as the order was arriving that week. This being the end of November. The 10 working days elapsed and no order and no communication. I emailed and got an answer that the order was now delayed and was offered two choices and said I must have been missed about the issue. Nothing on social media was put out about a delay until the very last minute. As I had not been notified the option to swap pj’s was taken out of my control as there were none. Even when there was more delays was not notified and took a week into the new year to receive this Christmas gift is a poor showing for Clomana

The quality of their pyjamas is unreal! I have so many pairs and I will get more. I recommend them to everyone I know. then the makeup sponges, the softest, I will never look anywhere else for them and I can’t even talk about the soft skin cream! I’ve gone through three already and I actually need to get another one. Just wow!

I love all the products.
I have loads of pj’s and they really are quality! Once you have a pair you never want to go back to cheaper ones.
Marshmallow sponges are so good for make up and the cream?! DAYUM the cream is so smooth!!!!!

The comfiest pyjamas I’ve ever owned. I own 10 pairs and genuinely wish I had drawer space for more. Unbelievably soft cotton and 5% spandex for a lovely bit of stretch. My favourites are Alice and Tabitha!

The cleaners smell incredible too - my absolute favourite is the lemon & lime, it’s so fresh and uplifting.

I have been shopping with clomana online for over a year and have been in store several times. This company is one of the most open and honest I have ever come across. All the staff work so hard and the customer service is always outstanding. Any queries I have had have been dealt with quickly and the team go above and beyond to help their customers! I am relatively new to Clomana cmfrt range, I started with a pair my sister bought me as a present and since then I have bought numerous pairs, I am absolutely obsessed with them, the quality is amazing and the attention to detail on every pair is beautiful, I preordered last November a few different Christmas pairs as a birthday and Christmas treat for myself, unfortunately due to stock delivery I didn’t get till after new year, but I have to say Clomana was brilliant in answering my emails and gave the choice to cancel with a voucher to spend in the shop, I opted to wait and Clomana then sent me some lovely extra free gifts along with my orders, so overall I was absolutely over the moon at my orders and even overjoyed at my free gifts, as for the pyjamas, well as per usual they are beautiful and outstanding quality, Girls at Clomana, you have really outdone yourselves and thank you so much for the freebies, you will most definitely be getting my custom time and time again XOX
