Strata Recensioni

I had a very positive experience with Strata. The service was friendly, professional, and reliable. The lady from the office was extremely professional, clearly knowledgeable, and knew exactly what she was talking about. Her comments and advice were very accurate and helpful. I truly appreciated her approach and professionalism.

I am just coming to the end of the 2yr snagging period and I have found the service provided by Strata to be generally very good. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and the maintenance team have been thorough and have worked to a high standard. Today David Inness attended to repair areas of sealant/silicone between floor tiles and skirtings and has done an excellent job. I would recommend a Strata homes to friends and family.

Mal was efficient in checking out the repair works in my house. He patiently took his time to look round the house and spotted what needed to be done.
He provided useful information on how to maintain the house.
Such a great guy!! I'll recommend him over and over again.

Jeff and Dave came to house to complete some snagging work, very professional and did a great job

Barry was very polite and respectful, very tidy and clean. Also did me a few extra bits. Thankyou

Jeff from strata homes was brilliant once again. He is always polite, helpful and friendly and he does a great job. Would highly recommend

Hi Mally, this is to say thank you once again for your service, work ethics and particularly paying attention to details.

I would like to say a big 'Thank you' to both Jeff and Barry for their excellent works on the snagging list of my property today. They are valuable team players and I wish them to continue their professional services to our community.

Fantastic service from David. Did a great job and very polite

Simon and Mally visited recently to address our home snags. Their efficiency and "can-do" attitude made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find such helpful and polite service; they are a credit to Strata. Highly recommended!

Needed to be more clear with directions thank you

I had a problem where the beading wasn't touching the floor under my French windows. This few mm was probably down to the house settling, but was enough for woodlice to get in from outside. Jeff repaired it and to make doubly sure no more bugs could get in, he siliconed the full length of the area. A very professional job.

I’ve recommended them to at least 3 friends who also bought from them and I will recommend to more.

Beyond buying, there after sales service of in house crack repair is commendable too and special that to Mally & Barry for an excellent work on their last visit to my property.

Extremely friendly people, and did an excellent job with no stress. Would highly recommend Jeff and Dave to anyone. Thank you so much!

Today we have had another visit from Jeff, and this time it was for our floor boards. Another good service, combined with professionalism, and an outstanding finish. House all sorted now! My wife and I definitely recommend Jeff’s expertise to any home owners!

Mally and Simon are two genuine fellas who know thier role well..
