I ordered a cd from Dermot Kennedy with a signed card, received a normal cd without the signed card.
They send me a replacement and again received it without the signed card...

I ordered a signed cd of Aurora, never received it, got my money back but it left me disappointed.
And because of Universal I dislike the artists now because it keeps reminding me how disappointed I am.

Same what others said.. no order, no support, money gone

Ordered The Weeknd hoodie on 9th December. Its now the 10th January and i havent received a thing. Chase customer service and and they dont care saying i have to wait a further two weeks

If I could give less than a star I would.

I ordered some Dermot Kennedy merch and the order never showed. And neither did the refund.

No one replies.

This may be the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

No customer service at all. Got problems with 2 orders. Been waiting a week had no reply

Shocking customer service. Sent me the wrong record twice. No response from any customer service enquiries either, just a message that they have updated my enquiry but literally no response

Zero or minus rating would be accurate. Charged £4 for 'gift wrap' which turns out to be a bit of plain kraft paper, randomly sellotaped with a messy ribbon tied with what could loosely be termed as a bow. Although reading other reviews it seems I should be grateful they actually sent product. Shocking what companies think they can get away with, utterly DISGRACEFUL!

I ordered Rolling Stones products on October 29th. They never arrived. I contacted Customer Service several times and finally got a reply. Was told to wait the 20 working days. I did and still not delivery. Been trying to contact Customer Service for a refund but no success.

I ordered the Taylor Swift signed Midnights LP on the 21/10/22. Not received, chased numerous times. Eventually got an email to say they couldn’t complete the order and will give me a refund in the next 5 days, this was 3 weeks ago. Now trying to get my refund via the credit card company I paid with. Can’t believe this company has not been shut down.

Ordered a gift for my daughter over 3 weeks ago. Contacted customer services twice now to see where my order is, but no response.

Worst experience ever.
I ordered an item and received the wrong one. I also had to pay customs fees. I got in touch with the customer service and they proposed me a refund but I would have had to return the item to the UK at my expense. They cannot exchange the wrong item with the one I ordered because it's sold out, I asked them to change it with a different size and they said it's not possible. In the end I find myself with an item I did not ordered, I paid for this item and for customs fees and they refused to even give me a discount code or something similar.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Holy crap. The worst. Ordered but then immediately canceled. Of course, their "customer service" was unable to cancel the order and suggested I refuse the package, so I did. They received it back almost a month ago (which I can see with the tracking number). I wrote them three weeks after they received it and they said it had not been received by their warehouse and to allow 5 more days. I emailed them back with a screenshot and tracking number and they still keep saying they haven't received it or are looking into it. Mind you, every single email I send them takes at least 2 business days to get a response.

Awful website, ordered The Weeknd Hoodie which came the wrong size, sent it back and requested a refund which I still haven’t received 3 weeks later!!! So now I don’t have a Christmas present for my partner. Avoid at all costs!!!

Scam company. Thought this was official Rolling Stones site. Ordered a tshirt and was wrong size. Returned the shirt no refund or replacement.

Being triggered by the news that there would be a re-issue from a Sex Pistols single I decided to order some stuff from this Universal webshop.
A few weeks ago I got very disappointed that my original order was not available anymore, it got lost somewhere and it was untracable. Then I got even more disappointed that the music I originally wanted to buy was sold out so I settled for a shirt that wasn’t really my first option. Mind you, there only an option to get a voucher, no refund possible.
To make it even more annoying I had to choose for a more expensive option to hope to get my shirt in the Netherlands. So track and trace this time, which was never necessary for mail from the UK.
And now DHL only wants to deliver the shirt if they get another 25 euro for taxes. Come on, 76 euro for a shirt, really? At this moment I only want my money back.
Be sure to never buy anything from this webshop, they are unreliable. In my case the helpdesk was friendly at least.

Package was well packaged. Quickly sent and stayed in customs for a week. After brexit I needed to pay vat in UK an tax in Holland. A refund for British VAT was quickly given.
