Ordered a Sam Fender Pause signed print. Got an email couple of days later stating an error occurred when ordering and offered me a different print as close to my original order as possible. It was SO DIFFERENT….. very POOR SERVICE and DISAPPOINTED for a £350 purchase. Sort it out!!

Ordered merch on the 16th of april with a release day of the 15th of may. With the promise it would be shipped within 48 hours of the release. When i reached out to them to get more info (after these 48 hours) they said the release was pushed back to the 24th of June. Never received any information about that. Now i have to wait 5,5 more weeks (until it is shipped) for an order that i was already supposed to wait 4 weeks for.
When speaking to customer service the only thing they stutter is “out of my control”

Horrible experience with them. I ordered 4 CDs from them. They put one cd in a tiny envelope with an invoice stateting they sent 4 cds. After about 8 emails, they refunded me for the CDs they never sent but kept the full postage price one cd they sent. No apology, no proper resolution. Time wasters
Poor customer service to resolve damaged goods
My daughter ordered an album and signed print from Universal for a friend’s birthday gift. They arrived in a thin cardboard envelope that had been bent in the post, damaging the signed print.
My daughter emailed Universal within minutes of opening the package to report the damaged item along with photos of the damage, explaining that it was a gift for a friend so could she have a replacement sent out.
Customer services responded that she had to return the original item and they would then replace it. My daughter replied that she was happy to send the print back but the replacement wouldn’t arrive in time for her friend’s birthday so could they issue the replacement sooner. They refused to do so.
I could understand if the damaged item was substantially priced, however it is a £1 print and she sent proof of the damage!
Terrible customer service (the only positive hence the one star is they were prompt with their replies.) I suspect that there will be a lot of disappointed customers who have also received damaged goods due to them being insufficiently packaged.

Thieves! They'll take your order for items they don't stock and refuse a refund
DO NOT USE!! Ordered items which never turned up. They then said the items were not in stock so hadn't ever been sent. Asked for a refund but they said they got a new system and are unable to issue refunds which is ridiculous. This has been going on for over a year now. They've stopped replying to my emails so I'll never get the money back. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers.

Live in the Netherlands, I have lost Allmost €400,- (and maby €90,- declaraties coasts i rejectet after i was not notitied about it in fronts, i didn’t recieve nor accept the order. And after that they never let me know anything. If you go looking ‘you cannot return’ other ma y but must sent a letter by post not e-mail or whatever (thats fischi!!) Weaks after ordening nothing was send. And after feindly not mad e-mail it still went all to hell, it went and worst customer “service “ they don’t replay personal , or to the information only some automaticall awnsers) i think they are scammers but can’t prove it alone offcourse. But i give up. Please Don’t order here!!

But a fake company nothing to do with them. A few months later now ; My order link Dos’not work anymore, or return options link, zero (and no realistic options in contact or getting your money back) It is horrible. And not trustworthy ! Order didn't turn up!
Ordered an in stock item 11 Dec. Email on 22 Dec to say been shipped - 24 hour tracked so hoped it would arrive by Christmas. Still nothing 10 days later. AI bot then told me it was due to be dispatched Christmas day - this was 5th Jan! Could not clarify if it has been shipped. Asked for refund which was processed very quickly hence 2 stars
Horrible customer service
Ordered a few things previous which came no bother. First time I've had a problem so needed a refund. Now the problems have started. Several emails without a response, one asking me to confirm a few things which I did. They acknowledged the information received and said they refund me. I'm still waiting & still chasing!! Disgusting customer service and will think twice before ordering from them again! Was the Taylor Swift official site.

Would happily give zero stars if I could. Order an LP on the 6th of October, it was a pre order. Received an email two days before dispatch was explaining there was a stock issue and dispatch would now happen in 2 weeks. Received an email two weeks later saying item had dispatched with a tracking number. I tried to track it and the Royal Mail tracking site kept throwing up an error saying the tracking number was incorrect (this was copied and pasted directly from universal’s email so should’ve been correct).
After 2 weeks, no sign of my LP and still unable to track.
I contacted customer services. No response.
I contact again. No response.
I contact again. This time I get an automated (AI) response suggesting I should contact Royal Mail. I contact Royal Mail, the format of the tracking number I’d been given didn’t match the format they use. The man I was speaking to couldn’t be sure whether I’d been given a different courier’s tracking number, a number for a different order or an entirely made up number.
I contact universal again. This time I’m told the item has shipped and will be with me.
It wasn’t. It didn’t arrive in time for Xmas and is blatantly obvious it isn’t coming.
I contact Universal again and receive an AI response asking me for my order number which was in the title of my email. At this point I gave up trying to contact a human and went through chargeback with my bank to get a refund.
Within an hour I’d received my money back AND a reply from a human at universal explaining that the order was lost due to Royal Mail (I personally don’t believe my order was ever sent) and now they have no stock to fulfil replacements. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid.
Noah Kahan should be ashamed of this store
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a Christmas present on 15th November from Noah Kahan’s website. Paid for 24hour tracked delivery. Didn’t come. It turns out Noah Kahan store is managed by Universal Music. Can’t speak to anyone. All AI responses . Couldn’t cancel order as it was ‘being processed’ After 5 weeks and endless emails, I have received a part order. An A5 envelope with a small decoration in it but sadly missing a 2LP special Noah Kahan album as ordered. Zero customer service. No Christmas present. Don’t ever buy from them.
Quick to take your money, not so quick to dispatch items
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience possible. Ordered two hoodies and a cd on 8th December, all in stock. Still no sign of dispatch 12 days later. Order status states ‘accepted’ but when I tried to cancel the order under their own terms and conditions their automated bot response is that the order is processing and cannot be changed.
They are operating outside of UK online selling law and therefore I suggest that as well as writing a review you report them to Trading Standards, you can do this by searching and visiting Citizens Advice. Trading Standards will be obliged to investigate given the number of complaints being made.

Finally got email saying dispatched 11 days after order confirmed .... went into Royal Mail tracking for it to show Return To Sender. Back to asking questions and getting automated responses. If I could mark this company with zero stars I would and that would be generous.
Pre-ordered a box set in October and they promptly took my money the next day. Release date was the 5th December and my order was with 24 hour tracked shipping.
Nothing has arrived and despite numerous emails being sent to chase my order I still don't have my item at the time of writing ( 16th December ).
All email replies have been automated responses. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded so I can purchase this item elsewhere........if there is no response by next week I will be going to their new store in Camden and taking my item from the shelf and walking out. That's how this has made me feel.
I am currently in the process of getting a chargeback from my bank and I recommend everyone having an issue with Universal Music ( The Sound Of Vinyl ) to do the same. Hopefully the company will be blacklisted after all the negative experiences people are having.
Judging by the reviews here this won't be sorted before Christmas.

Appalling, ordered on 28/11/2025 but no delivery, poor comma from the company . Just trying to get a refund now,

Unfortunately Florence and the Machine seem to be using the company for their official merch . I wanted a scarf but it has been almost a month now and I have had to do a chargeback through my bank.

Do not buy anything from this place. Made an order 10 days ago and they are still processing it. It was supposed to be delivered in 1 to 3 working days to the UK. Whenever I send them a message there's just a bot answer that is being processed. No customer service phone, you can never speak to a person, only bot answers that don't have any use. Just waiting to reach 15 days so I can cancel it with my credit card company. I'm guessing that's why they don't use PayPal. Honestly just don't, Shein has a better service for a tenth of the price.

Ordered first time with Dave’s merch site but their courier UMUK are useless when it comes to receiving shipping updates regarding the History in the Making Tee that I purchased back in October 26th! I been told shipping will be on or around 10th December but now it seems they are too slow in the processing of orders. If I do not receive my tee by end of this week I will have no choice but to receive a chargeback with my bank branch. It is not just me but other consumers too in the same bus as me.
It is appalling that I was looking forward to purchasing more from this site in the future. If you can see this review please reply asap and investigate this with the relevant team.
