I would have given 5 stars but the item I ordered wasn't shipped for 3 days after purchase. If I would have known that, I would have ordered the item at Amazon for $3 more and received it in 2 days.

I ordered the part I needed and quickly received it.
I ordered the part I needed but was unable to complete the order online. I got a message asking me to call the order by phone which I did. The nice lady who answered the phone said that they were having computer issues so I gave her the information and completed my order. A short while later, I got a confirmation of the order and then got delivery updates every day until it was delivered. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks.

Great Experience
Great Experience. They had the part I needed. I bought it and it was in my hand in 3 days. Texas to Michigan. It was almost an exact duplicate to my broken garage door handle. I popped out the old one and popped in the new one. I'm happy.
