I got my order
I got my order, there was a small delay, but i got what i bought although you have to pay for extra shipping/taxes mine were about 30 $ but im happy with it the stuff were good quality and i didnt get scammed (
AWFUL!
AWFUL!! Never again will I order from her website! Placed an order for $300+ on Dec18th received BS tracking Dec 21st but has not updated since. Reached out to CS and got generic response stating the package was mailed out Jan 2nd, my end has not updated. Then again had another rep tell me 1 of the 4 items I order Dec 18th was mailed out the other 3 haven’t even been processed yet. 🫨🫨 Whattttt???? 3 weeks later and 3 of the 4 items haven’t even been put in a box yet!!! SMFH the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. I would not recommend ordering directly from her website. ZERO stars 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
This company is a scam
Update: 12/26... after emailing and a bank dispute, merchandise shipped and arrived, barley on time. I think if you get a little aggressive and they know they can't scam you.... they will ship in the promised time frame... however, the anxiety and stress it caused..I will never order from the website again.. you can't change my mind that this isn't a scam to young purchasers. They may be an easy target but I am not.
company is a scam. Do your research before you order. Daughter wanted Melanie merch for Christmas and I thought it would be fun to add on some merch with the Trilogy concert tickets as a Christmas present. I ordered the merch 12/5, the website says as long as items are in stock and ordered by 12/8, you will receive by Christmas. It has been 7 days and my order is only still "confirmed"... After some investigations, I have learned that Melanie's merch store is basically a scam. People waiting months for merch, a refund or receiving wrong items. I reached out to customer service and I was told there was unexpected delays. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, and was told "no, the order is too far along." How is it too far along? There is not even a shipping lable made yet...I may end up being out $140, may get merch 7 months from now or never, but I do know this, I will never buy another single piece of merch again. Not at a concert, not online, not at Hot Topic.
bad reputation
No matter how much I like Melanie's music, the shop is a disaster:
Tracking is not reliable. I got a tracking number but it doesn’t say with which company it got shipped, I tried every company I know out.
I contacted them but only got the message, that they received my Mail and will respond soon but customer service is horrible. most of the time you only get an automatic mail (that they are getting too many messages at the moment) with an discount code which is not even valid.
The merch is very expensive for the horrible quality.
I‘m so sad because the merch-shop+ team is bad reputation for Melanie.

Placed an order on June 16th. It is August 1st and still have not received and have not heard back with my request for a refund. Terrible customer service and even worse, a kid who is waiting for merch.

This site is giving Melanie a bad name because they do not respond or mail out purchased merchandise. I bought almost $200 worth for my daughters birthday over a month ago and they won’t respond and the merchandise still has not been shipped out. It’s reflecting poorly on Melanie. Sorry
4 months and waiting
Ordered product in March. Has not come by July and can't even get a non automated response. I cannot even access my order via shop app anymore. Beyond disappointed and will not purchase her merch again.
Did the preorder for the signed CD
Did the preorder for the signed CD. Paid for in Feb, we did get the necklace, but the CD was supposed to come out at the end of March, I believe. Email response has been non-existent in the 12 days since I sent the first one so just going ahead with my bank for the refund at this point. My daughter is disappointed.
The issue with Melanie‘s web store
I love Melanie Martinez‘s music, and also her as a person, but the store is a disaster. First, there was no confirmation Mail after I ordered. Then two days later, I received a mail with the shipping confirmation,that was the first time I wrote the customer service since today, there was no answer. And with that, i also received a tracking number that didn‘t work for any companys such as USPS, DHL, UPS etc. I also ordered under the circumstance, that I don‘t need to pay any taxes or customs fees, because on the website it says that they are registered in the IOSS sheme and that no one in the EU has to pay taxes nor fees for orders under 150€. My order was around 60€ (Bloodshot Vinyl, CD Bundle) with shipping costs, that were pretty high, but still acceptable. Then my order arrived around one and a half weeks after it was dispatched, and I was so happy. But then the DHL deliverer, said that I have to pay 15.50€ for customs and import fees. That was bad, but still I was excited. Then I opened the box, to see a crumpled dispatch, return sheet and after further inspecting the box, I noticed that the CD was missing. The vinyl was there and it looked amazing and also sounds very good. On the dispatch and customs declaration sheets, it says that there should be a „Portals standart CD“ inside. And also the price of 13.99€. I tried to contact Customer Support again and I didn‘t even get an E-Mail, that they received my inquiry. And now, they are not responding at all. I tried contacting Warner Music, because i looked like the dispatch note, was made from them, there was an Mail adress on it, and they are also not replying. Also tried to message them on Twitter, also no answer at all. At least I got a Mail back from Warner Music that they received my inquiry but it takes longer because of many messages. I know that. But why aren‘t they even trying to get a bit better. When Cry Baby merch was more of a thing back then, people also had the same problems. So to everyone who might read this, you can buy something there, but there is no guarantee, that you get all of your Items and also that customer service is nearly non existing.
Wrong product+ not good quality
I ordered the box with the autograph and it arrived today. Not only is the autograph completely scratched, I ordered the Shirt in Size S and the label says M. The Shirt is also very thin. Tracking is also not reliable. I am sadly disappointed

I’m not sure if it’s because i’m in the UK so therefore didn’t use the american website, but i don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I ordered a t shirt, and it was shipped the same day and delivered the next. It is great quality and the correct t shirt, and it’s the size I ordered. I couldn’t be any happier with it to be honest! However I do wish the UK store did have more stock because the american store has a lot more options, but other than that it was amazing and the delivery was really cheap (less than 2 pounds) and super fast so overall really happy.
Just horrible
Just horrible, I seriously don’t think I need to express why because there are dozens more reviews that state the exact problems I encountered, it’s been 3 months and I haven’t gotten my order, or been answered by customer support...
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered in August and didn't receive my order until December. When I received my package the Crybaby bubbles were open and spilled over everything else. I emailed customer service about it and didn't get a reply for about two weeks. I then sent them the unboxing video as proof and haven't gotten a reply since. This problem has been going on for about two months now.
Very disappointed by that store
Very disappointed by that store. I ordered in September and still haven't got anything. But of course the money was immediately debited from my PayPal. No response from customer service. They just told me to call the hotline but the number doesn't exist. For someone who is a student and doesn't have any money anyway, but orders that things because they're a big fan, it's very hurtful. I should have checked the store on Trustpilot first because it has 1.7 out of 5 stars and hundreds of reviews from people who tell you not to order there. Spending the last of my money on artists I support and being let down isn’t fun.
All fans deserve the same merch options!
There is so much more on the US store than the euro store! The pins have been sold out for a while and the US still have them, they have posters more accessories and somehow the Euro store doesn’t get barely anything!? The perfume wasn’t available for us only US. We should all get the chances we have for merch!
