Terrible

Rubbish
Express delivery quoted to arrive 3 days after economy delivery?! Because of this booked for locker collection but delivery failed with no further explanation (lockers full?!) and only going to reattempt after a week
Customer service barely help at all

Awful

Awful , a month later and I still have yet to receive my order of the new shirt , it has been lost in transit , which quite frankly is not my issue , however a month down the line no shirt , no refund or replacement yet either ! Despite several emails to lfc and the courier etc … I still continue to have to waste more time chasing this up as I’m not prepared to loose £120 , and they wonder why there is a problem with fake merchandise, well looking at their reviews I’m not surprised !! Probably get better service .

The new 25/26 shirt £85 is disgustingly poor quality. I have returned it to get a refund after one wash it has washed baggy and also pulled in several places. My 15 year old doesn’t climb trees etc. He hasn’t even worn it to play football in. Just gaming and watching the match last week. Absolute rip off quality.

FALSE DELIVERY DATES GIVEN AT ORDER STAGE - DO NOT ORDER FROM LFC RETAIL

Order stated a 28th delivery, we are at 30th and order still processing. I escalated via LFC help (no answer 4 days later) online chat was poor and even though he said he would get it processed, still nothing (4 days later). I even emailed the SVP for Retail Lee Dwerryhouse and have not had a reply. Joke of a service I will never be ordering from the store or online again. The price you pay for a shirt is a joke then to receive this service is beyond awful and embarrassing for all involved with the club. It seems we are mere pawns in a business plan. The regulator needs to look into the actions of the club for misleading so many fans with false delivery dates. This was a Birthday present ordered 11 days prior. DO NOT BUY FROM LFC RETAIL.

Crap experience, stay well clear

Order took ages to arrive. When it did arrive the shirt and shorts were way too small even though the correct age size for my niece was ordered. Have to email before you can return anything and took a week for a reply. Only to be told that having a current squad player and number on the back is classed as personalisation these days and can’t be returned. Liverpool FC need to urgently look into this policy and their customer satisfaction judging by not just my experience but from other reviews. The following quote from their website is laughable “ We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.” If you are thinking of ordering, don’t waste your time or money as they don’t care about you as a customer or supporter. Better off ordering cheap knock offs.

I ordered a Jersey August 1st

I ordered a Jersey August 1st. Now it's August 27 and it still says it is in processing. So disappointing!
Just chatted with customer support. No refunds. Just hope that the shipments arrives before end of season.

After waiting over 3 weeks…

After waiting over 3 weeks for my sons and mine kit, they finally arrived today, only to open and find the printed name on the back is already peeling, have now opened case to get resolved! Never known it to be so stressful ordering from here, never again.

SHAMBLES…

Never purchasing from the online retail store again. Absolute shambles just like majority of the other reviews i placed an order and it's been pending on processing for past 10 days, I have tried to do that online form where they state response in 48 hours. NOTHING. I Tried the other contact instructions... still nothing.
Proper shambles do not purchase, better off going somewhere else.

Never again

Never again. We ordered two shirts and they both arrived damaged. One of them could not be worn at all because of the damage. So they told us to send it back and we will receive the refund. We send it back and we got an email saying that package arrived there and they will process it. This could take up to 14 days. So we waited and waited. After more than two weeks without any updates or the refund received, we asked about it and they told us that there is a delay. So we waited again, wrote emails, received apology emails, but still after four and almost five weeks, still no refund. Now they sent an email saying the case is closed. We still didn't get the refund and we feel very betrayed. So don't order anything there.

Ordered mens and youths shirts on…

Ordered mens and youths shirts on 4/8/25 with a delivery date of 9/8/25.
Recieved an email on the 7/8/25 advising of delays
Recieved another on the 11/8/25 advising delivery soon!!!.
Sent an email telling them how disatified i was with thier service.
Recieved an email 21/8/25 advising of a refund. which idid not ask for or want.
All i want is the items paid for.
There was no explination or no apology

Terrible service will not use again.

Order still processing 12 days later

Ordered personalised new home kit dated 09/08/2025. Estimated delivery date 17-20/08/2025. It's now the 21st. I checked the order online and it's still processing. Reading the reviews, it's a very similar issue. Almost two weeks since I ordered. What's going on? Not good enough. No emails either to say sorry your order is delayed, etc.

poor kit launch from LFC

Ordered the new kit with Diogo J 20 on the back on 2nd August in plenty of time to receive the kit before the 1st game of the season on 15th. expected date of delivery was 9th, then email from them to say it'll be with me by 15th....it wasn't. It arrived on 19th August and I attended the 1st match of the season in an old kit. Many contacts with customer service who continuously state that they can't cancel the order as its 'personalised'!

Ordered 3 shirts with Jota on 1st aug

Like so many, got an email saying it's delayed but will be with me by 15th.

No further updates. Live chat say they can't confirm. No email response. I'm out over 330 pounds. I could have brought from sports direct or anywhere else.

Shocking way to treat your fans. Shame on you.

Order delayed complete lack of empathy …

I ordered my Daughter a LFC home shirt on the 2nd August, Personalised, I was informed there was a delay & it would be with me by the 15th August, It has still to arrive, It’s my Daughters birthday in a weeks time & at this moment it appears her main present will not arrive. How do you explain that to a 7-year old. I emailed LFC to explain the situation, but there reply was unsatisfactory and of no help. I’m so angry & upset. And wished I purchased elsewhere. I won’t be purchasing again

Update; Shirt delivered today 20/08. Just in time thankfully. I was also given 15% discount to use in store at a later date. I just wish communication was a bit better from the beginning. I only wanted Salah on the back of the shirt. So should have been available on the 2nd August.

New LFC 25/26 kits, a customer service disgrace.

Ordered the new home kit with Diogo 20 on the 1st of August.
Still waiting two weeks later…
Unable to wear my shirt for the first game of the season, and felt I was unable to properly pay my tributes to Jota for this game due to the incompetence of the LFC store.

Communication via LFC is nonexistent via chat, or email.
The way that Liverpool football club have handled this kit launch is nothing short of a sheer embarrassment.

And they wonder why people go and buy fake kits from China… 🇨🇳

What a shower of poo, ordered 2 shirts on the 02/08 after adidas messed up my order , had one update saying there was a small delay but since then nothing from then, it’s now the 15/08 and no updates , nothing on the customer update form , can’t contact them or call . Also no refund options so what can I do , basically I’ve been scammed by LFC !!!
Will never buy another official product again and will instead buy the fakes as the club simply do deserve your hard earned money . Please sort this LFC

Extremely frustrating experience with delayed order and poor communication

I placed my order for a personalised LFC jersey on release day (1 August), expecting prompt dispatch. It has now been over 14 days and I still have not received a tracking number. Every time I follow up, I’m told it’s “still processing” with no clear timeframe for delivery.

I’ve been left waiting with no meaningful updates.

The lack of proactive communication and the inability to fulfil orders in a reasonable timeframe while still heavily promoting new sales is very disappointing for an official club store. I hope they address these issues and improve transparency with their customers.
