Excellent service, superb packing

It's no wonder retailers are struggling here. Went to my local one where my choices of cameras were explained to me by a pleasant and knowledgable member of staff. I really wanted to buy my choice off him as he had worked so hard and diligently for my business, but there was a £600 difference between his price and yours. I tried to get him to lower his a bit, but he didn't have the authority. It's too much to wave goodbye to, so I went for the Good Buy! Received a few days later and now I am learning my way around all the new buttons. Fun!!

What can I say, this is the first time Ive used DigitalRev (after hearing about them via E-infini whom I love) and they were ABSOLUTELY outstanding!!!! Their customer service was second to none, and SUPER fast responses. My camera was £500 cheaper than the UK market and brand new and original, delivered in 3 days after puchase!!! which was incredible!! Thank you so much and you are now my go to camera store.

Ignore ALL bad/negative reviews, they are just one off bad lucks, that happens to everybody now and then, these guys are amazing!! Thank you for my amazing Fujifilm X100F! Cant wait to start using it.

I got my package very fast. It was confusing on payment at first because I couldn't use my credit card through paypal. However, I did use paypal through my bank account. I was worried about this payment as I knew my product was coming from another country. Overall, everything arrived smoothly and I enjoy the camera at a very competitive price. Thank you so much.

Camera arrived on time and in good condition

Ordered a camera for my son on the 1st of December only to be told 2 weeks later (12th December to be exact) that there was none in stock and my order was cancelled. Why not say it was out of stock in the first place!!? Ruined Christmas. I work away and I am actually working away for Christmas from the 15th-4th January. Thinking Christmas was all sorted I haven’t had time to replace the present and now face the thought of him not having anything off me to open on Christmas. His mum and I don’t get on and this is another point to go against me. So you’ve not only ruined my life but ruined my sons aswell. Thanks a lot you bunch of thick, inconsiderate donkeys

Tamron EF G2 24-70MM Lense . Query on del date,Reply was prompt to my Query UPS site was mixed up till I realised I was on the wrong site not UK. Parcel came as promised ordered late on the first del on 6th at 3.00pm. Lense is Ab Fab.. Great service.

Ordered a Canon 6D mkii on a Friday and it arrived by the following Wednesday - absolutely no issues what so ever and I would not hesitate in recommending DigitalRev to anyone. Great service, great communication and fantastic savings.

I really don’t understand what the hate is all about? I ordered a FUJIFILM X100F two weeks ago. Had it shipped to West London. The service was great. The ETA was two weeks but it only took 1 week for it to get shipped and received it the monday after 7 days via UPS tracked. The product came in excellent shape. All the reviews here made me skeptical to be honest, but I took the chance and was satisfied. I think it would have to depend on where you’re odering from but UK, specifically London seems great.

Update: Forgot to update this after initial review. Camera arrived after some delay but with marks on it, the blame of which DR put to the supplier. Received a 30gbp refund for the trouble. Thought this was a bit low considering I received what looked to be a 'used' product listed as 'new' but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning to HK. Have took my business elsewhere (E-Infinity - great service and better pricing compared to DR).

Initial review:
I've ordered with DR several times through the years and have always held them up to a high standard and have always given them 5 star reviews and recommendations to everyone looking to purchase camera equipment. Which is why it felt a little disappointing that this recent order did not go as expected.

My main issues were first, with the delayed response with informing the customer that the colour option of a camera was not in stock. Secondly, that the product page displayed 'in stock' at time of ordering and was in fact, not a live inventory system as expected. And lastly, the initial unapologetic manner of the response. The latter of which has been rectified since and I have appreciated them keeping me abreast with my order.

I know that they value good customer relations/service and they wouldn't be where they are without good customer retention, so it would be of value to them to keep that great customer service mentality whatever the situation. After all, all great businesses are built around great customer service/experiences rather than the end product.

My camera is now en route, so unless is arrives with dents all over or is a completely different camera to what was ordered, I would still recommend them seeing as they ultimately resolved the issue.

Ordered a Canon EOS 80D on Thursday afternoon, it's now sitting here on my desk first thing Monday morning.
Was apprehensive at first but I will definitely use these guys again, saved £189 against Amazon price.
No hesitation in recommending this company.

I bought a Canon 24-70 from these guys, I was nervous when placing an order but the product arrived in perfect condition and within 3 days of ordering!

Great prices for the products and for items in stock are delivered quickly with excellent tracking from UPS. Communicating is a different story if you need to get in touch. The speed of reply is slow or you'll get no reply at all.

Do I trust them to deliver my goods...yes. Do I like dealing with them.....not particularly .
