Keen prices and super fast delivery. I have trouble getting goods from stores in the UK in the time it took you to get this lens to me. Fast dispatch and good reliable courier used. Couldn't ask for better service.

Cancelled our order for no reason. Ordered Friday and got an email that the order was cancelled by Monday without any reason at all. No explanation at all. The lens was on stock from their site. And the payment is still pending on my card.

I tried contacting through email and their automated chat on the website, but no one responds.

No camera or lens will ever be better wrapped! :)

This is my second item that i bought from them, never let me down. Delivery date is accurate.

Ordered on a Sunday 14th September evening, then very shortly after decided to cancel the order and go for a different camera that would be more appropriate for my daughter once I'd saved the extra money. I quickly got a response from the customer service team confirming it had been cancelled. However it's now been 10 days (24 September), I've sent multiple emails over the last couple of days, not a single response and no sign of a refund!
Very disappointed as I've bought from them before years ago and never had any experience like this.
I worked lots of extra hours to save the money for the camera so this has left me really upset and of course my daughter won't be getting the camera I promised her in time for her birthday.

I have found DigitalRev to be a reliable E retailer with good prices, honest pricing / import taxes(when applicable - UK and Switzerland ). Highly recommended!

Un Samsung S25 en suivi recommandé, jamais arrivé. Après 3 enquête et un mois de délais je ne suis toujours pas remboursé. Non seulement ils traînent pour les enquêtes,pour les remboursements mais en plus de ça je n'ai plus l'offre à laquelle je l'ai acheté. J ai perdu 1 mois de temps sans nouveau téléphone, je n'ai toujours pas mon argent et en plus ça me coûtera encore plus cher de racheter le même. C'est inadmissible.

Third or fourth time i have made a major purchase from DigiRev and as always they were brilliant. Kit arrived well packed, perfect condition in the 5 days that they specified. And the price was great. Thanks again guys. I'll be buying from you again.

J'ai commandé un Samsung zflip 6 en août 2024 .depuis début juillet je debat avec eux pour le renvoyer et ils trouvent toujours une excuse pour ne pas le reprendre

Je suis a saturation j'ai passé mes vacances avec un appel min par jour sans aucun résultat positif
On tourne en rond ... j'appelle fnac qui écrit a rev digital qui me renvoie un bon au lieu d'une étiquette retour et je dois rappeler fnac qui récrit a rev digital qui me fait rappeler fnac....

Horrible customer service. Asked about the status of my order multiple times with no response. I thought I would’ve gotten some kind of update by now.

It was my third time I ordered from Digitalrev.
I got my camera within 5 working days. Can only recommend!

All as it should be. Good products promptly delivered

Wanted a new Sony A7R V for a long long time. And, finally able to afford it, was about to buy it directly from Sony with my work discount of 15%. But then I remembered this store, where I got my first ever camera from in 2014. And so I had a look to see if they had the camera I wanted, and yes they did and it was (in total), £1100 cheaper than buying directly from Sony. So I ordered it Thursday evening, arrived Monday morning (3 days later). Came with UK power adapter too. No problems. Brand new and camera works perfectly. Thank you to the store again for a great product.

Not sure what is happening with this company of late, I have used them over the past half a dozen years quite successfully, however the last two orders have followed the same pattern.
The item clearly shows in stock, place the order, confirmation received, then a few days later an email stating they do not have stock to full fill the order and as such the order is cancelled.
No option to wait, to reserve, nothing.
I thought the first was odd, but put it down to a one off, but the second months later has followed the same pattern, order successfully received nothing, and then order cancelled due to lack of stock. (even though the items clearly show they are in stock even after the email)
So either for some reason they just don't want to ship to me, or they are operating on the basis of misleading the customer into ordering even though they are fully aware they have no stock which isn't very honest. I did email them on the first occasion to ask why when they have cancelled my order they continue to show in stock, so i have no idea whether to wait or just go somewhere else.
As I mentioned earlier, I was very happy to use this company, but of late, I grow a wary of their practices.

J'ai commandé via la marketplace de la FNAC et j'ai reçu UNE PIERRE à la place du téléphone commandé dans un colis INTACT, le vendeur se défausse sur le transporteur alors que je n'avais aucune raison apparente de refuser le colis qui était parfaitement emballé. Le vendeur refuse de rembourser alors qu'il ne m'a jamais livré le téléphone commandé. C'est des voleurs, à fuir

Second time customer of DigitalRev, previously ordered a Canon 6D just over 11 years ago! A few days ago ordered a new Canon R6 mkii and it just got delivered. Once again, phenomenal price, unbeatable... Quick delivery, simple process and thankfully everything looks to be in great working order.

Would highly recommend.

Cancelled my order over 3 weeks ago. Still not sign of my >£2,500 refund and no responses to latest email.

I must admit, I am surprised by the low average score of the reviews here.

I ordered a new Canon 5D mk IV camera and a Sigma 35mm lens last Thursday and I received them this morning, really well packaged and excellent communication throughout.

I've used DigitalRev many times over the years and I have never had any issues. I will definitely buy from them again.

I've spent over £15,000 in the shop over the past decade.
New lens arrived, something wrong with mount, did not go on camera. Digitalrev expected me to pay postage back to Hong Kong, which would more than negate any savings I made by going with them instead of Amazon.

On Saturday I ordered a Canon RF 15-35mm F2.8L lens at £1,100 less than the UK retailers were offering it at, and it arrived today (Wednesday) by UPS. Brand new, fits the camera, works, no issues at all.
Since 2011 I have ordered various items from DigitalRev and felt it was worth going back due to the often substantial difference in price from the UK retailers. I have only once had a problem (back in 2015) when an item failed to be delivered due to a complication at Customs, but I was refunded without problems.
I have to admit I hesitated before ordering from them this time due to several bad reviews below. I feared that perhaps they had changed or gone downhill, and it's still a large chunk or money to part with, even if it is a sizeable saving.
So, I made sure I paid with a credit card rather than debit card (more consumer protection), and I videoed the opening of the wrapped package when it arrived (to help if there were any disputes with used or broken items).
However, I genuinely have had no problems and am delighted with the price, and the speed of delivery.
Reading all the recent negative views on this site, I thought I should at least balance this with my own experience. I am not denying anyone else's, but my experience has been a good one and I will most likely use them yet again when I next need a camera or lens.
