Excellent Customer Care ( and they DO Care !)

Bought the Ncore 100 Air S case on sale via the web store. Sadly upon arrival the included PSU was not included. Contacted Cooler Master right away, excellent service! Query was forwarded to correct sales rep. That sales rep immediately contacted me after the weekend and presented the solution. If it was not for the weekend that actually means they solved it without 24hours, which is crazy! Just received the PSU and I am really happy with the customer service and assistance from Cooler Master. Top Notch you guys!

Die Seitenscheibe kam gut verpackt und zügig bei mir an.an.Alles super gelaufen vom Anfang bis zum Ende ohne Probleme.Wenn ich wieder etwas brauch und das Teil hier vorrätig ist bestelle ich wieder hier.

I havent received my order

I havent received my order. I'm waiting for that long time ago. I can't contact with the shipping trade for asking. I think its not a very good service

Could you confirm whether you have contacted our support team directly about this order? We do not have any record of a case from your side, and shipping issues can only be investigated once they are reported to us. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is closed on our side and we are not able to chase it on our own initiative without a customer reaching out first.
International shipments can occasionally run into customs delays or carrier handling issues outside of our direct control, and these can take time to resolve. That said, we are happy to help wherever we can.

I found the cables I needed.

I found the cables I needed (Modular PSU) through their website and they delivered them with no problem. You can also keep track of the package delivery through them.

excellent support

I received excellent support. I ordered a circuit board for a case but was sent the newer version of the case. I contacted them and they immediately shipped me the top of the new case for free. I would order from this company again.

Cooler Master assistance excellent for the tempered glass of my case

I contacted Cooler Master because I needed the spare tempered glass panel for my PC case. The European assistance responded to me in a fairly fast and professional way, immediately explaining availability, costs and shipping methods of the spare part. In a few days the order was processed and the glass arrived well packed and in perfect condition, 100% compatible with my model. Considering that with other brands it is often a nightmare to get spare parts, in my case Cooler Master has proven to be serious and reliable for after-sales support. I recommend their products also for this reason.
