We've used Storage Vault for around 3 years and have always found the service to be fantastic. The units are clean, accessible and the location well maintained and looked after.

The staff are fantastic and always answer queries quickly and fully.

We also found the options to be really flexible, and on more than one occasion we were able to flex our unit size on the same day based on the changes in our needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities always clean and no problems at all.

Having been at the Coatbridge branch in September with 1 unit to begin with before adding 4 more I had originally enjoyed a good speedy service. They very accommodating. Unfortunately, recent issues have left me very disappointed.

It has came to light they operate with a dynamic pricing model unlike other companies which means you never know what the price is going to be from one day to the next. I was never informed of that and as an expanding company that does not allow me to plan and budget. Upon recently wanting to add a 6th unit on I was quoted a price that was was almost 100% more every month. I flagged my disappointment with this but ultimately wasn't taken on board.

The next issue, 1 week after the complaint was another pricing issue which lacked compete transparency. They quoted me short term 2 weeks storage and decided to change the price last minute without notice once I confirmed the duration. They said I had taken too long to reply so they changed the rate they were charging.

It's been such a shame as well as things had been going really well but now I am appalled at their approach and lack of care for customers I will be looking elsewhere.

Colin & Jill provide excellent service once again. This is the 2nd consecutive year I have used storage vault Dundee for my son moving between flats while at uni. The guys and gals and SV Dundee have been super helpful and efficient getting us setup with locker. Great facility and defo would use again

I used Storage Vault at the East Kilbride Peel Park site for around a month while moving house, and the whole experience was excellent. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access.

A special mention to Nyree, who was friendly and extremely helpful throughout. She made the process feel straightforward and was great at handling any queries I had.

Would definitely recommend Storage Vault to anyone needing short-term storage during a move!

Signed up for a storage unit in paisley and I have to say Jordan they who went through everything with me couldn't of been any nicer - explained everything to me which I was happy with signed up for my unit in no time.. quick and easy to do .Jordan was a really well informed guy .impressed with how he handled my needs today so big thank you to Jordan!!

Great facility in Dundee, easy to access and conveniently located. Ideal for what we were looking for and at a competitive price.

Went in spoke to two lovely ladies within minutes had the storage I was looking for got first two months half price absolutely hassle free.

Jordan was extremely helpful. He allowed us to view 2 separate storage vaults, so that we could decide which size was best suited to our needs. He responded to queries promptly and completed the necessary paperwork really quickly. I would definitely recommend the Storage Vault to anyone who needs extra storage space.

My belongings were kept safe and dry for the time they were held there. All the staff I spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks again

We needed a larger size storage because of a home move so we decided on storagevault East Kilbride.
At first we spoke with Yvonne who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on sizes of units.
After we had a look around we decided on the Peel park units in East Kilbride.
We were not disappointed,the unit we chose was a great size and was half price for the first two months.
We had the luxury of having 24hour access to our unit and in office hours you had the help of Nyree who was on site.
We had our unit for about 3-4 months and it was a godsend because we could gradually move items from our house to the unit.
Overall,a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate using Storage Vault in the future.
The communication and help from Nyree and Yvonne was second to none.Outstanding customer support.

Had a short turnaround when moving house, Storage Vault Coatbridge were not only very reasonably priced, but are located in an ideal spot near the motorway. Plenty of time throughout the day to access your unit, using your code for the gate. CCTV cameras everywhere give you peace of mind that your belongings are safe. It made moving a lot less stressful. Hopefully I won't have to move again any time soon, but if I do, I'll be using their services again. Would definitely recommend.

We've had a store at East Kilbride for the last few years. I'm always impressed with the staff (currently Nyreen & Yvonne), how well kept the facility is, and how safe it feels when you in the storage areas. Everywhere is brightly lit and clean. We've had artwork and paper in store and the controlled temperature and good airflow mean nothing has become damp or mouldy. Well done team and thank you!

There is no customer service or staff availability at weekends. Don't pay for any services online. Go in when/if they are open. You will waste money and time booking a storage unit that you cannot access. With the technology they have, there is absolutely no excuse for this pathetic service. I will cancel down the service with the two weeks notice period and go elsewhere. I will also have to flag this up with my bank as fraud.

Great service and very supportive staff when required help. Reasonable and fair pricing.

Easy access to site from our destination in Rutherglen area, and good availability to access site to collect items. Storage unit and surrounding accommodation was very secure with locked access, overall excellent safety to store goods. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future if required for moving home or just keeping additional items in for renovation. We used for two months.
