Very helpful

After storing my items with a competitor for 6 months they decided to raise the monthly price by over 35%. Not only did Storage King have better units they also were cheaper than what I was currently paying elsewhere (prior to the competitors price increase).

Great team at the Sunbury Storage KIng Office who made the process easy securing a space for my belongings as I move home over the coming months.

They were helpful in showing me various sized units to meet my needs . The on site shop for packing needs proved to be a bonus as I could get all my packing needs in a one stop shop.

I can recommend Storage King !!!

Great service from initial phone call seeking info through to moving our stuff into storage. Friendly and helpful staff. The availability of a small courtesy truck was a great benefit as well.

I wasn't informed about the truck hire process. When I booked the person on the phone went on and on about locks and codes for access, but it was redundant information that could have been put in an email. They should have mentioned that Storage King have a complimentary truck for customers. I ended up booking a trailer which cost over $100 then I discovered that I didn't need it. When I used the truck I was 40 mins late returning it but it was still within office hours and I was charged an extra $110 for that. Very unhappy about paying extra $210.

The counter staff are why the 5 star rating, as for all the aspects of getting the accreditation to rent the 2x5 space took more time than filling it.

When I rang to enquire about my storage unit I was initially told I'd get my 2nd month free to now be told I won't and have to pay for it, I also was never told about free use of the truck to move into the unit which in turn cost me more money by having to hire a truck through sixt rentals. Absolutely pi$$ poor the lack of and wrong information given to me and I would never use this company again for anything. Really disappointed

I found the process of organising my storage requirements at Storage King such a pleasant experience. The staff at Sunbury Storage King were beyond helpful, they took the time to explain everything, gave me some options to meet my needs and helpful in organising it all.

Very helpful and attentive staff. The storage facility is perfect for easy access. Useful trolleys and loan of a delivery van are great extras. My removal company employees were very impressed when they delivered.

When I first came on 28th Dec the gentleman who served me was great very informative and gave me your. Today I return and was served by Shannon she was fantastic nothing seemed to much trouble

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about packing products I may need and service box rental.
