Shannon was exceptional at the Sunbury Storage King from the moment I made the first phone call to the moment I stepped into the office. Shannon was very helpful down to earth, she listened and provided time and knowledge to ensure I entered into an agreement that I not only understood but that was going to best cater for my needs.

All the people I have spoken to from Storage King - Sunbury were nothing but professional, helpful and informative on the whole process from start to finish.
Plus they have all of the materials required to help you move. I would highly recommend them. They offer a First Class Service.

The Customer Service I received from Melody was great and she was so helpful.

Moved the unit when the initial one had water damage, loan truck was fantastic. Everything was explained very well.

Storage King Sunbury have since made an improvement to their service. I received an apology and a small refund on the last week. It's a shame about the flu. I always wear a mask and the day I didn't, I got it! Shane the staff don't wear masks with new strain of Coronavirus but a definite improvement in service:-)

Careless Staff Members
No mask, this staff member's flu made me ill, creating delay.
Manipulated by another who threatened to bill me as my contract expires on a Sunday.
In addition I do not have 24-hour access. Their sign says car will be impounded after 8pm.
I was over billed for unnecessary cleaning fee which I could have done. It's a Rort because they're pro-rata
I addition, the lights go out unexpectedly and the locker isn't lit. But bad service overall, and not a touch on Osborne Park WA who have excellent service and 24-hour access minus threats & manipulation. Avoid this place:-(

Great people to deal with Sunbury location clean and well managed.

Very friendly and informative staff - we had never used a storage facility before but felt very comfortable leaving our belongings in such a clean, secure and simple set up. Thankyou

I found the process to be excellent. From initial enquiry to hiring the storage, the service was first rate, clear and transparent.

Not being able to access my storage unit before 6am and after 8pm is a massive inconvenience
