Staff were extremely helpful even after I had to change the storage size at the last minute. Maria explained everything very helpfully to me and showed me around and Ben was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. I am very happy that I chose Storage King.

Michael and Cat have been fantastic to deal with since I've been storing with Kennards. They are an absolute credit to your buisness. Having 24 hour access is great as I work past 5 most days. I would highly recommend Kennards in Mitcham to anyone.

Was excellent, despite the gates not getting open until half hour after the opening hours one Saturday morning, the gentleman insisted on saying back an extra half hour to ensure we got what we needed to move into storage. Great customer service. Highly recommend, thank you

Great facility with friendly staff
Sam and Maria were great! Very friendly and helpful from first contact to then showing me around the storage facility on the day of move in. Feel confident my belongings will be safe at this storage king.

Lots of hidden costs
Lots of hidden costs. I was quoted one price for the first 3 months, but this didn't include a setup and preparation fee.They have a big sign saying free move in truck, but then charge you per km to drive it. Another sign says free first month insurance but they also charged us for it. When signing up make sure you are clear on what is included, what other costs there are, and that they haven't charged you for what the sign next to you says is free.
