Friendly service. Made the whole process seamless. I needed somewhere to store some items for my Mum, and had never used a.storage facility before.

I found staff very helpful and professional. All my issues were addressed and fixed very quickly. Pity customers unable to access their storage needs on public holidays

A great experience overall, although the hours are quite restrictive compared to other Storage King sites.

Having all sorts of trolleys nearby, helps me greatly. Sometimes disabled people struggle when trying to move things around. I have no such problems here.

I have always found the staff helpful and attentive to my needs. I have had three different units over the past few years and all have suited our needs. They have been different sizes, all have been clean when I moved in. I also have friends that have used Storage King in Mitcham and they are also happy with the service they received.

I had shopped around for a few months in late Q4 2020, to find a good storage facility for my household goods as we were leaving Spore after 18 years, to get back to Melbourne. Due to Covid19, we are unable to get back to Melbourne easily, and so we needed to store our household goods until such time that we could get back to Melb safely. I had used Mitcham Storage facility for around 8 years from 2002 till 2010, to store our household goods when we had moved to Spore, and the team there at the time had been great. So I negotiated a rate and we locked it in. I am stuck currently overseas, and have had to get my sister in Melbourne to take delivery of our shipped goods and get them into the storage king facility. The goods finally got shipped and arrived in Melb end April 2021. I had booked 2 storage units (1 large one, and a smaller one), and unfortunately, we needed a larger 2nd unit so we had to swap the smaller of the units for a 2nd larger one. I did not appreciate the way things were handled, both in terms of the increase in the pricing for the 2nd larger unit on the spot, and in terms of the insistence that I sign off on the revised signed agreement (!) and send it to Storage King before the 2nd larger unit was handed over to us. All this while, the Removalist team had to wait until they received the revised signed agreement. Also, I am not sure what has happened to Storage King's email system, but my emails to Storage King containing the signed agreement can not go through. It has been rather a frustrating experience, and overall, not a good one especially compared to the earlier years when Luke, Geoff and Terry were looking after me - they were great!

Excellent service and advise received for assisting us decide on our storage requirements whilst we are downsizing. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others.
