From the outset
From the outset, the customer service was exemplary. I was escorted by Jamie to the storage space, which was clean, well ventilated and secure. The whole yard is immaculately presented, secure and well monitored. All relevant information was passed on, which left me feeling pleased and confident that my belongings were well looked after. A quick and easy process to get a unit
A quick and easy process to get a unit. very organised and helpful staff. The free truck within a month is extreemly useful, however it's a shame it's only during office hours as I imagine most people will be moving stuff at weekends.

Helpful office staff who gave us the info we required. It was also great to see the storage space we had booked before using it. Gee there is a lot of paper work by the time we had been through what I suppose is an OSH requirement.
