We have an office in one of the storage facilities and we have just enquired about storage. Simon from Llanelli was absolutely brilliant throughout he process and he explained the procedure thoroughly and precise. Simon was on the ball and acted on the enquiry very promptly. He kept me up to speed all through the enquiry which made it an enjoyable experience. If anyone requires storage in the Llanelli facility make sure you ask for Simon

Fantastic service from this company. We dealt with Will in the Newport facility from the beginning who was extremely thorough, explained everything and was patient whilst we made our decision on size . Whole process was seamless and on meeting Will on the day of moving he went through everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The facility itself is so well run, our individual unit was ready , immaculate and perfect for what we need. Everything was really secure and the unit is inside which we really liked for added security. Loading bay was right next to the facility and cages/ trolleys were available to move the heavier items into our unit . Highly recommend this company and of course Will who made a stressful day that much easier.

Already have a small storage unit with them, but needed a bigger unit while building work carried out at home. They had unit available to fit my requirements close to first unit. Simple to complete paperwork, all nice and clear with everything easy to understand, good service from Paul. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you need a storage unit.

After finding out quotes from local storage companies online, I went into Storage Giant in Newport. I had used them before and had great service then. I spoke to Will who was very professional and very personable. After checking my quotes from another company Will managed to give me a very competitive quote, it was only a few pounds higher than the best quote I had, but Storage Giant have a great storage facility and offer great security and a clean space, so I decided to go with them again. Will showed me around a few storage rooms all very suitable to my needs. At first I took a 50 square foot unit. I secured the unit for a small fee but on the day I took the contract I realised that I needed a larger unit. On the day Will was again very professional and polite and showed me a unit that was perfect. I realised I could get cheaper insurance than Storage Giant and Will explained that there was still another small payment for insurance with themselves which I understand is a company policy. I still saved a bit so was still happy to go with Storage Giant. Will explained the procedure for notification of insurance policy. Advised me of locks they sell (, I had my own) Overall the experience was professional. I would highly recommend Storage Giant Newport.
