I'm very happy with the facility as a whole.

Brad was exceptional. Took us for a tour. Showed us different sized storage units so we could get perspective on what we needed. Explained opening times and entry/exit disciplines. Recommended.

Quick, easy to set up, clean and spacious facilities. Just what you need from a place to store your belongings. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic assistance from Rhys and Ross. The units are all easy to find, very clean, just what we needed. Trolleys available and a lift for the goods to the first floor.
Price is excellent, great value, can't fault them at all.

My cousin has storage in Cwmbran so she recommended the place to me. i phoned the store to get a price. i spoke with Will. it really felt like 20 questions - what am i storing, when, how long what's it worth etc, but i realised his questions were not intrusive, it was to ensure that we would have the correct size storage as they do multiple different sizes. we don't need it until july, but we will be back down really soon to sign up. a very professional telephone manner and all of the right information was obtained! great service, thank you!
