Just had my boxes picked up by Joe, one of the incredibly friendly drivers who made the move a smooth and stress-free experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and it truly made my day.

I got a quote on two storage boxes to store and then move to roscommon. StoredI one box for about 10 weeks and the other for about 6 weeks. Nicola was amazing to deal with very helpful. I recieved the last invoice to move my furniture to Roscommon. The price was different to my quote more expensive to move my furniture. I spoke to Nicola and she said she would give it to me for the price I was quoted. So all good until the Day my furniture was to be delivered to me. I recieved a call from a person called Vincent and he told me I would have to pay a extra €200 to have my furniture delivered to Roscommon. I told him it was not what I was quoted he didn't care, I was told I could collect my furniture up in drogheda in his storage facility if I didnt pay. If I had known this at the beginning I would have booked a removals company it would have worked out cheaper. It was the fact he tried to blackmail me with my furniture, I would never use them again and I will always tell people not to use them.

Storage Box listened to all our needs, which was great as we live abroad and weren't physically there when items were removed from our apt. The delivery service was top class and they went the extra mile to do a small extra drop off, which was highly appreciated. We would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future no doubt when we move home.

We used storagebox for pyrite remediation. As they drop the unit to you there's no over and back to a lockup centre. When we decided to sell up we used storagebox again. Service was excellent. Thanks Vincent, Joe + Nicola.

Brilliant service from start to stop. The seamless process was so easy including getting a courier to bring my items to the UK from Ireland. The communication was professional & timely! cannot praise the Storagebox service enough. Nothing was too much trouble regarding drop off and collection of the storagebox and the customer service and understanding was exceptional at every touch point. Storagebox is the most convenient, safe and reasonably priced storage solution out there. This is my third time to use their service a from moving house to storage during a house renovation. Super service and very highly recommended.

Unexpectedly we had to vacate our home, I spoke with Vincent and was moving my stuff into storage within the hour. A very safe yard with access only through electric gate with phone number. Storage unit held so much and we only hired a small unit. Very safe, professional and friendly service provided . Can highly recommend.

StorageBox are a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them. All of the staff I dealt with were lovely. Every step was simple and straightforward, from the initial contact with them to the delivery of the storage box, packing it up and collection and then final delivery. The cost of getting the storage box delivered and the monthly charges for storing the box are very reasonable and the payment process straightforward. Joe, the driver was very helpful and flexible with times for delivery and collection.

We had some delays on a building project and needed a way to store furniture, appliances, boxes, doors, and radiators etc. as the work continued. We didn't want to put these into a warehouse as we needed quick access to them - so that we could take them out as we needed them.

I got in touch with StorageBox and they suggested that we could use one of their new on-site boxes - they delivered the lockable box to our drive, and we could keep it there. This was really handy as we could put things in and out whenever we wanted.

The price was very good, the box itself was very spacious, so we fit everything we needed in it, and the convenience of having it on our driveway was brilliant.

Excellent company to deal with. Very flexible on both the initial collection and subsequent return of the unit as our schedules kept changing up to the last 24 hours.
They even managed to return the unit, squeezing it in on short notice over the Christmas holiday season.

Everyone was brilliant to deal with and talk to, very understanding and helpful staff (Roisin deserves a great mention for her help).

We only moved a mile, but StorageBox went the extra mile to make it happen. Our buyers had a delay the night before the scheduled Friday move. Vincent rearranged schedules to fit us in on the Monday, and Joe and the movers did sterling work to get everything delivered and unloaded in the shortened time available.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. Anyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and informative. Joe who delivered the storage box was very helpful and gave us good tips about how to fill up the box. They were very accommodating with drop off and delivery of the box and it wasn’t an issue when I had to extend the service by two weeks because of building delays. Couldn’t fault the service.
