Driver was punctual and replied very promptly to some questions I sent the day before. Driver (Ranjit) was polite and professional. car was huge - no problems fitting all my 4 luggage and golf bag plus 5 pax.

Our driver, Shaolun was prompt, polite and helpful. The drive home from the airport was uneventful and we made good time. We have used Stonebank Travel twice so far and will continue to use them.

Excellent company. Used them for overseas visitors to Scotland. Organised multiple journeys with them and each one they were on time for and communicated clearly with us the day before travel itself.

We booked a return transfer with Stonebank from our hotel near Glasgow airport to a wedding and back, about an hour and a half each way. The booking process was easy - at first I didn't feel like an online form was enough confirmation, especially as the wedding was such a long drive away, but a quick call to Stonebank put me at ease once they explained how the process worked, and I was pleased to see that the quote offered was much less than other places we had looked. Our first driver also gave us a call the evening before to confirm the pick up time and address the next morning, and we were able to confirm the pick up time with our second driver using the contact details provided when we booked. Both drivers (Brian and Muhammad) were very punctual and friendly and Brian pointed out plenty of sights in the countryside on the way to the wedding! All in all, great customer service from both of our lovely drivers and Jimmy, who we spoke to when booking. Very reliable service that we would highly recommend!

Booked a taxi for my elderly aunt to attend a wedding it was booked weeks in advance and they were given the correct address and post code yet still turned up at the wrong address, I'm extremely annoyed that dispite having all the correct information and leaving a old woman in her 80s stressing out about how she is going to get to the venue. Will not use again!!
Update!!!
I have now had a reply and they are saying they only had the post code which is utter garbage on booking I gave the full address and they said they tried to contact home address when I was at the wedding also the contact number was my own as my aunt doesn't have a phone!!
Excuses excuses when booking I gave name number street and postcode!!!

Our driver was efficient, friendly, on time and quick. He even managed to help take some photos of our group before we left for the airport. It was a very easy journey for us and the price was reasonable. Thank you

Needed transport to and from a remote wedding venue in the Borders from our home in Edinburgh and booked online with Stonebank. Each confirmed leg set out clearly the who we should expect to be driving us with full details. Both drivers confirmed by text and were on time. Vehicles were pleasant as were the drivers. Really satisfying to be spared the need for any further thought about transport, it was sorted. Thanks to both Oktay and Walid for getting us there and back safely :-)

I booked at taxi for 3:30am from Glasgow to Edinburgh airport - well in advance and pre-paid over £100. At 3:30am the driver phoned to say he was running very late - 45 minutes late and advised me to get another taxi (great at 3.30am!) To cut a long story short, when I asked him why he was so late he said ‘Because the weather is very bad in Aberdeen’ (which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Glasgow). He then said ‘I have offered you a solution (he hadn’t) and you’re not willing to accept it and hung up on me. Luckily I managed to get an Uber. So tried to phone the company and no answer. Avoid this company. Not reliable at all. Waiting to hear back about a refund.

We had 2 different drivers. Martin & Ilir. Both drivers were prompt, pleasant and courteous. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I would not hesitate recommending this company.

Unfortunately my return journey to airport was a very different experience from my arrival journey with a different driver.
Despite sending the driver the full address the day day before my journey, this wasn’t used. I got a call to say he had arrived. But he wasn’t at the correct location. I had to not only walk to the road but get someone to direct him to pickup location.
If full address had been used it would have lead to correct location.
The driver was friendly, however on way to Edinburgh Airport, I noticed via signage we were on route to Glasgow. I mentioned this to check we were in fact supposed to be going to Edinburgh, the driver informed me that he had missed a turn, and then came off motorway and turned in the opposite direction for Edinburgh.
Did not fill me with confidence, also car which collected me from airport two days prior was spotlessly clean, unfortunately this car was not.

Booked Stonebank as they were price competitive with the airport taxi's who with a discount were more expensive. Rang the head office for clarity and spoke with an operator who was very helpful and informative. Driver on our arrival phoned and guided us to his pick up area and was friendly and helpful. Driver on return journey didn't speak or engage with us other than to say Hello.
