Best Customer service around
I always buy my machines and embroidery threads and stabiliser from stocks.
The staff are absolutely amazing and all go above and beyond to deliver a 1st class service.

Delivery? a bit of a disaster
Purchased item available on the website with an additional one-day delivery(£11). Was shocked when I received a phone call the same day from their staff saying the product was not in stock and had to be shipped from Germany and it would have taken two weeks for them to receive it. they would have had then delivered the item to me and it would have taken another week.
So in total I would have waited 3 weeks to receive the product I purchased online - I even paid for a speedy delivery !!!
Imo, If you don’t have the products in stock, you should take them down.
I was supposed to receive the item within two days instead I would have waited three weeks - not a great experience really.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your experience from us.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing delays with getting parts, accessories and other items that we usually keep in stock, due to the continuous supply issues across the globe. Many industries are in the same position, especially manufacturing. We do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, however due to supply and demand this is not always possible.
Our team contacted you as soon as possible to advise of the delay with delivery. Unfortunately due to importing, customs and Royal Mail strikes, delivery times are also not what we hope for at the minute.
As you did pay for a guaranteed next day delivery, which we cannot fulfil, you would have been refunded for the delivery costs.
I can see on my system that you requested to cancel your order and a full refund has been issued.
Once again we apologise that we could not offer the expected service on this occasion, but hope to work with you again in the near future.

Prompt pick up
Prompt pick up. We turned up at the store and was told we had to order online in order to pick up. We weren’t from the area but the team were very helpful and asked us to order online now and it will be processed right away. We were able to pick up within 15 mins which was great. Definitely will be ordering from yourselves again

I love this company. However I paid extra for next day Saturday delivery and it didn’t come

Once again, I sincerely apologise for the delayed delivery via DPD. We do not experience many cases of delayed deliveries, however I can understand the frustration, especially when paying extra for a specified delivery date.
As discussed over the phone with you on the morning you reported the issue, we have issued a refund for the extra amount paid. The issue has been reported back to DPD and will be noted for any future orders.
