Significant delivery delay
Significant delivery delay: The order was placed on September 15 with an expected delivery date of September 26, but it did not arrive until October 16.
Missed corporate event: The pens were purchased specifically for MyMonitor Corporation's ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 13. Their late arrival made them unusable for their intended purpose.
Shipping and communication issues: Despite paying $46 for shipping, we experienced an extended period without meaningful tracking updates or a confirmed delivery date.
Incorrect product specifications: The pens arrived with blue ink instead of the black ink I ordered.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your order.
Delivery Delay: Unfortunately, your parcel was lost by FedEx during transit, which was entirely outside our control. Your order was produced and dispatched, but the subsequent delivery issues were caused by the courier. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly as the items were intended for an important corporate event.
Product Specifications: Regarding the ink colour, our product listing clearly stated that the pens were supplied with blue ink. This information was available in the product description before the order was placed, so the pens supplied were consistent with the advertised specifications.
Our Efforts to Resolve the Issue: Despite the delivery problem being caused by FedEx rather than ourselves, we offered you a full refund, along with additional store credit as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
As a small business, we take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and always do our best to resolve issues fairly. However, once a parcel is handed over to a courier, circumstances such as lost shipments and unexpected delivery delays are unfortunately beyond our direct control.
We genuinely regret that your order did not arrive in time for your event. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to recognise that we took responsibility for helping resolve the situation, even though the original issue was caused by a third-party delivery provider.
