With clear recommendations and indicative costs where possible, the independent report gives us reassurance that we are tackling the right aspects. I'd heard horror stories regarding people guessing what

Craig Spent over 4 hours doing an extensive survey. He
took samples of the suspect areas by drilling and scrapings from the walls and floor. He had several meters and used his boroscope to check under floors and in cavities. These sample were processed at his
companies facility.
He supplied an extensive detailed report explaining the problem, how to solve it and even provided a cost estimate. He also provided details of the products he recommended to remedy the issue.
I found Craig to be very professional and made himself
available to answer future questions at no extra charge.
