Claire & Mhairi made the mortgage process easy, I had previously contacted another mortgage advisor who gave me no advice regarding being a first time buyer and would have cost a fee. Claire took me through the process, was honest and open and always available at the end of the phone or by email. Mhairi kept in touch with updates on my mortgage and both made the process feel easy.
