Stevenson Whyte and in particular Riley, have been extremely helpful whilst we have been in the process of selling my late Father's Flat.

I called for help with getting another key for my building. My landlord was not very helpful and gave me the number for Stevenson Whyte. Riley answered and was very quick to help. A few hours later I had the key sorted and delivered to my house as I was unable to pick it up! Very kind and helpful both over the phone and over emails.

We recently engaged Stevenson Whyte to manage our development, St James Appartments on Eccles New Road in Salford. They took over in December 2023. I would just like to say I and I’m sure the other directors are over the moon with the service we and the leaseholders have received.

the letting agency and landlord let us down with providing new keys to the door so we were left locked out. andrew helped us put in a complaint about them to support our case- cheers.

We had Yaz for our flat inspection. She was very polite and was thorough with her inspection. She also asked us if we had any problems, and has actioned on them straight away.
