The service received by Mohammed Yusaf Ali was beyond my expectation. My experience as a customer was outstanding because he puts customers first no matter how busy the Wolverhampton show is. Tried to book my supra in for a service…

Tried to book my supra in for a service in aylesbury. Phoned 5 times. the call was answered quickly the they put me through to service 5 times, 5 times it rung for several minutes then cut of. I get much better service from Citygate vw commercial.

I was a repeat customer with Toyota…

I was a repeat customer with Toyota Northampton
I collected the car, it had issues.
Additions in the deal were not added.
My £1000 pound refund was not processed for 3 weeks.
My £170 service plan refund was not processed for 3 weeks.
My over settlement figure of approx £300 still has not been refunded.
After several chasers nothing has been done. No one ever calls me back after they say they will, even managers.

Can dealership be dodgy? It’s really surprise me

Booked the service with MOT on pick up and drop off. Received the call after 3 hours and informed they saw few warning lights on the dash board. Informed £300 for a check up the reason of warning lights before to be able to proceed with MOT. (Note here: the dash board was completely fine when passing the car to Toyota driver. The warning lights have never been on). We requested to return the car back. And yes, we saw the warning lights, lots of them. Went back to Toyota to complain. Why we handled over with fine dash board, but lots of issues when returned the car. They also explained that the warning lights can be on anytime, could be on the way to Toyota garage lol. (Here were lots of unpleasant conversation……. ) Anyway eventually they turned the lights off from the dashboard. Car is working perfectly. 

However no more trust on this dealership. Feel like they can turn your warning lights on and off as they like. Lucky I did not listen to them and request the car back without spend further penny. Canceled direct debit for further service. No more trust on this dealership. Shame on Toyota, which used to my favorite brand

We sold a year old Rav 4 to Milton…

We sold a year old Rav 4 to Milton Keynes branch on 17th February to be told money would be into our account in 3 to 5 working days . It is now 3rd March , 2 weeks later , several phone calls and emails and still no money ! They put the car up for sale straight away on the website !!! Sold another car to a ford dealer and money in the bank 2 days later !!! Would never deal with Steven Eagell again ! Considering we change our cars yearly they have lost a good customer

Great Service at Steven Eagell Solihull

Saw a lot of negative comments, but my experience at the Steven Eagell Solihull branch was fantastic. Got my new NX a few weeks ago, after a 10-month wait. Their designated staff looking after the Lexus portfolio, Patrick, kept me well-informed in the last 3 weeks of the final progress of delivery. After getting the new car, I still got tons of questions about how to use the functions in the days after the handover (even this morning), and Patrick was extremely patient, prompt and professional in helping me. I originally thought that once they got my money, that's the end of the story, but the aftersale service at this branch is just exemplary. I don't really know about the second-hand sale section, but as far as my experience went, no complaints at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED!! Full of empty promises, miss sold a car, and nobody seems to communicate with each other. The pre-sale process was good, a sales rep arranged everything quickly and a deposit was taken to take the car off the market. I asked for a detailed video before making the 1 hour trip to purchase the car, to get a better sense of it, however this was never sent to me. The car was not in the condition that it was described to me when I arrived at the dealership. Some of the issues I had with the car were resolved whilst I waited i.e the exterior paintwork (because all of the panels had marks), but some of them could not be repaired i.e the crack on the bumper, the dents and deeper scratches on the exterior, and scratches to the interior. I decided to buy the car anyway. I gave the car a proper once over when I got it home and noticed a few more issues; the parking sensors and parking assist weren’t working, and it didn’t have Apple CarPlay (which the car was sold as having). The aftercare that followed this was beyond disappointing i.e it took 2 1/2 weeks for anybody to come back to me, despite calling multiple times and being promised call backs, sending texts messages and e-mails. Eventually my car was booked in for the parking sensors to be fixed and I made the trip back to the dealership, however it was a wasted trip as they didn’t have the parts in stock to fix it. When the parts arrived I was rebooked for the repairs, but when I arrived they hadn’t booked the courtesy car for long enough, so it was suggested that I drive back home and rebook again. After speaking with the manager they eventually managed to find a car for me. So… my car is FINALLY in working order!! However the Apple CarPlay apparently can’t be resolved, they are not giving me the £250 petrol voucher that was promised when I bought the car, and my car was supposed to be return to me after the repairs with a full tank of petrol for the inconvenience but they didn’t fulfil this because they have no record of it (and the sales rep has now left). This is not the level of service I expect when shelling out £25K in cash on a car from an official Toyota dealership.

Collected my new Toyota Yaris from Steven Eagell St Albans yesterday very happy. Jordan Boyce was lovely, very polite and helpful. I did feel that the whole handover service took a bit longer than it could have but all was good with the car.

Terrible customer service and car

Terrible service! They only care about getting the sale of the car. I traded in my old Aygo (previously purchased from them) for a new one. Omar, gave me the full sales speech but when I collected the car, I felt it wasn't driving properly. After chasing them they agreed to take a look at it, and then told me nothing was wrong. After I took it home following their 'inspection', I knew something still wasn't right and I contacted them again. They ignored me for a while and then agreed to take a look at the car again, and confirmed the wheel balance was out. Dayne, the aftersales manager advised he wanted to restore my confidence in Toyota but despite emailing him three times, he still hasn't returned any of my emails.

They are only interested in getting a quick sale and are not interested in customer service or satisfaction.

I would not recommend Steven Eagell Toyota - Milton Keynes.

Incompetent and complacent…

Incompetent and complacent based on my recent experience.

Why? Having reserved a new car and paid the deposit I was assured it would be ordered with Toyota the following Monday. Two weeks later I received an email from the dealer saying my deposit was being returned and I could only order the car online direct with Toyota. However, by then the car had sold out the UK allocation. Would it have killed them to have contacted me promptly allowing me to buy the car online.

Not even so much as an apology.

You have to ask yourself if this is the level of service I received do you really want to take the risk buying a new car with this dealer? There are lots of other great Toyota dealers nearby and based on my experience I wouldn't trust Steven Eagell Northampton.

Total disappointment

In May 2019 I bought a Toyota Auris from Steven Eagell Bedford with fixed installments over 5 years (agreement number 000030959291). I signed the contract digitally and I got the car. Omar, the salesman, told me the car is fully checked and serviced, for peace of mind. After 2 hours I noticed the cracked windshield, the filthy pollen filter and the faulty USB ports. I went back the following day and asked him what his definition of fully checked and serviced is. He apologised and they fixed all the issues. In the meantime I received an email with the digitally signed contract, a PDF which I couldn't open for some reason but I was never suspicious because I knew the contract by heart, I'd read it with my wife multiple times before signing it. Now, after 3 years, I got an email from Toyota Financial Services that my contract is over and I need to pay a last installment of £5000 or I can re-finance with double the interest rate or give up the car and start installments for another one. Don't be stupid like me, don't trust the people selling you the car. Check the car very well before buying it and ask for a printed copy of the contract. Read it before signing even if you read it on a screen minutes before. One click and the terms of the contract are changed.

Excellent Service - Customer Service Fantastic

What a great service I received from Steven Eagell Toyota from the team. A massive shout out to Tamara at Bromham Bedford. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable she provided first class Customer service from my initial online order which she fully supported and without her don't think would have been possible. Also fully engaged with myself from build to delivery and provided additional support along the way. This online experience was way above my initial expectations, with the online team excellent as well. Thank you team a great experience and delighted with my Aygo X

Toyota & Lexus Solihull.

I've been lied to and ignored!
I bought a used car 3 months ago for over £ 16,000.
I was assured that the car had been checked by technicians and had not been painted or repaired before. I was also promised to provide the missing spare wheel.
After a few days of receipt, I discovered that the car had its rear repaired and painted.
The showroom has not yet responded to the official complaint. Many attempts to contact them resulted in evasive and pathetic translations, and they finally stopped responding to my e-mails.
I visited the dealership in Solihull more than 2 weeks ago and was personally assured there by the aftersale manager that they would send me the promised spare wheel within a few days. However, he did not want to agree to compensation for the previous car body repairs discovered by me, despite earlier assurances about their lack.
To this day, nothing has happened.
Is this how a professional and honest seller behaves?
