I visited this Gatwick dealer last month. I am very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this dealership. very friendly environment. My car case was handled by Martin Sears, who was very professional and attentive throughout the entire purchase process. Very quick responsive to the queries and the car delivery process was very smooth and handover was professional. loving my new Lexus NX 350h.

The work done on the car went very well and I was able to collect the car earlier than expected

Car-less and grumpy, I had a list of car showrooms to visit, and began with Lexus. No appointment, I just wandered in.
They treated me like their newest best friend, and helped me buy a car. No heavy sales pitch, no hard-sell. I cannot imagine that sales team are around with nothing to do apart from wait for walk-ins, but they graciously acted as though that was the case.
No question too difficult, too time consuming or too silly. Car bought, available next day. Handed over with thorough briefing, follow up made, but not pushed.
All professional, couldn’t fault any of it. No longer either car-less or grumpy, just happy

The sales team were very helpful.
However the User Guide was generic. Toyota are trying to stop paper use. I think that is unacceptable when buying an expensive car with a large amount of technical information.
This in no way reflects on the sales team who have been very helpful.

Bought an approved used Lexus, trading in our car in the process. Dealership dealt with us fairly and transparently throughout - from test drive, to negotiation on price, to prep and handover on exchange day. A pleasant experience and no complaints. Recommended.

This is what service should be. From first contact to collection of our car, every member of the team just couldn't do enough for us. The whole process of buying a car from this company was exemplary.

Generally a good experience however too many instances of the salesperson having to talk to the manager which was annoying and prolonged the sales process far longer than it needed to be. Also since the sale an enquiry has gone unanswered.

They fitted in with our tight schedule.

Had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in Staffordshire. Although they did most of the ground work in getting us to move from Mazda to Toyota, they were struggling to get the model and colour of car we were after. Could see on Autotrader that the Steven Eagell Chelmsford branch had a car that we were looking for. As we were down in Essex visiting family, decided to drop in and see the car. Found the staff to be really helpful, and following a test drive decided to look no further and buy the car. Brought the car for my wife main reason was I brought a car for myself earlier in the year.Their part exchange was very fair.
The team at Toyota were really helpful I did not feel pressured at all this was a big reason for us going back.
Harry looked after us on both sales a really helpful and knowledgeable young man.
The aftercare is very good as well checking that everything is going well.
Would recommend to anyone.
