Steve doesn't talk down to you...
I had a horrendously slow running laptop and needed help to sort it out, as it wasn't an old piece of kit! Unlike high-street shops, Steve comes and actually sits down with you and works through the root cause of the problem; he doesn't just keep your device for several days and perform a one-fix-fits-all solution (i.e. just erase everything from your device).

Perfect service!
Fantastic service and delt with my issue very fast.
Couldnt praise steve enough, i have very little knowledge of computers and steve took the time to answer all of my questions which gave me alot more confidence now.
