I had some optimization issues, and the administrator/owner, Duz, personally took the time to help me fix them. He even hopped on a Discord call and did a remote session to walk me through everything step by step. On top of that, he went beyond what I expected—helping me enable some settings in my BIOS to make sure everything was running perfectly.
It’s rare to find this level of dedication and hands-on support these days. HD-OPTI truly offers the best service by far. 100% recommend — well-deserved 5 stars!

I just got hd opti today, and I highly recommend it guys! I got higher and stable frames and a lower ping. Game is running smooth and I can feel my bullets register 💯 in warzone.

Ive been through 4 different optimizations and none made my COD feel just right, they helped me, and my PC felt WAY better than any $100+ opti ive ever had. even sat with me to make sure my game felt how i wanted it to. cheap services, with AMAZING product outcome. I would pay double the price to continue using them if im being honest. just my personal experience their OPTI runs very good

I highly recommend these bunch of lads, I’m absolutely useless at computers. When ever I have a problem I just open a ticket, write my issue & they are straight there. They either talk me through the issue or enter my pc and fix it for me my self. Highly recommend.

Removed all jitters from my pc in game, halted my ping and got my pc playing at a steady smooth frame rate in under half an hour. Would recommend

Best OPTI ever
Spent almost a week trying to solve an issue with a bug on a game. HD OPTI made it super simple for me and was willing to send me each and every step by step guide on how to fix it. Best part is it didn’t even take too long, best Opti and best group of people I’ve worked with.

Hi everyone, I been with HD Opti for almost an year and I can say it’s been amazing, always easy to use and the communications on discord always great, but the biggest point is the people behind scenes always great recommendations and my last experience was through overclocking my pc, Duz was an absolute beast with increase my fps and support what I need to do for more fps, I recommend this 100% , just for info I went from 220 average fps to 320/330 average fps on 2k, thank you HdOpti and massive one for Duz 👌🤩

went from 315fps to 360-400 on cod. The app you download to do the opti is very easy to use and if you get stuck the admins respond instantly. They also respond straight away if you have any questions

Very consumer friendly, easy to navigate interface. Took me 15 mins from downloading the app and buying my subscription to fully optimise my game. Live customer support on discord was extremely helpful to tweak my individual settings.
