Purchased a sofa & chairs, this was the first place I went to and so glad it was, the salesperson Eric was very patient, knowledgable and helpful with my choice and style as I didn’t know what I wanted and made some great suggestions, so glad I shopped here, a quick and easy experience all round.

Marion was excellent!
Marion was excellent. On my first visit I chose a sofa but when I got home I realised it wasn’t the one for me. I returned to Sterling and she was fantastic in helping me find what I really wanted and needed. I told her about my spine surgery and therefore my requirements and also how I like to sit or lounge. She spent a lot of time listening and offering suggestions. Her info was very helpful and I finally found the sofa that put a smile on my face when I decided it was the one for me. She had been so patient, kind and helpful throughout. I was so grateful that I wanted to buy her a bottle of wine to say thanks! That’s how good I felt about changing to a sofa that I loved. Sterling have never let me down in customer service and it was the same again. I will be popping in for January!

Still waiting for the manager to contact me, I was advised it would be 5 days, no news yet. Not recommended at all, they take your money and after two month, say they are sorry they cannot deliver your items or deliver broken items

Exceptional Customer Experience
We arrived at Sterling’s with a sample of an existing carpet with the intention of trying to find something similar re colour and texture. We were approached by Lauren who to our amazement immediately found the exact same carpet. We were delighted. Lauren then took her time explaining all the options available re underlay, fitting, removal of existing carpet and furniture etc. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to deal with and it was clear she was hugely experienced in all things carpets, as well as wanting to ensure we were happy with everything. Over the next few days, Lauren arranged for the carpet to be measured and provided all the necessary information to allow us to place our order. If only everyone was like Lauren life would be so much easier. Thanks again Lauren.

i really like my leather 2 seaters , fitted in the living room lovely, very comfortable, the staff were really helpfull and not pushy and delivery was 3 weeks earlier than thought, i would certainly go back again, no problems with delivery and getting sofas in the door, was easy buy though as i just said i want those 2 sofas in that colour on display sofa and it was sold. point to retailers always put things on display you will sell more , customers want to see the goods not flat packed in a picture thankyou
