I’ve been trying to cancel and every month you keep stealing my money for my food so now I have to keep asking my family for money so I can eat. How do you cancel? Nobody know how to cancel? I’m a senior citizen and I really do need to eat. I’m a veteran and the widow can you please send me my money and show me how to cancel

Look, I’ll be real—before this, my knowledge of AI was basically limited to sci-fi movies and pure confusion. As a total beginner, I had absolutely zero clue how to actually use this stuff or what it could really do.

But Steptwo.ai made it stupidly simple. I took a couple of courses, and surprisingly, it all just clicked. The lessons are super easy to follow and they don't drown you in tech jargon. After actually practicing the techniques they teach, I finally get it. I've gone from "what is happening" to genuinely appreciating the wild stuff AI can pull off.

Honestly, I'm having a blast learning and messing around with it. If you're completely lost but want to actually understand how to use these tools, definitely take this course. Highly recommend.

I bought this program, unfortunately my old computer was not suitable for the requirements needed to install some recomended ai software. I explained to Step Two and asked for a refund which they did without any problems. I will definitely try again in the future when I get a good suitable computer.. Thank you.

Worst purchasing decision I’ve made in a long time.

I bought one of this platform’s AI courses, and shortly afterwards I noticed multiple attempts to charge my account for what appears to be a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Fortunately, both payment attempts failed because there were insufficient funds in the account.

Whether this was a mistake or an intentionally unclear subscription process, the experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. Customers should never have to worry about unexpected recurring charges after making a one-time purchase.

I’ve requested the removal of my payment details and cancellation of any subscriptions associated with my account. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

Be sure to carefully review what you’re signing up for and monitor your payment methods closely.

I took the subscription in which I had access to a few Online courses. I wanted to get a quick go through of the courses and then go through some of them again in detail for practice and clarifying some doubts.However surprisingly they do not allow to review a course again once it has been scrolled through. Completely unfair and unreasonable as a student should have the flexibility of reviewing the course material as many times as they want during the subscription period. First time I have seen such unfair practice . BEst part is they provide no such message or caution in the course beginning that one can access the course only once even when the subscription is completely paid for.

You keep on charging my bank account; I am no longer using your service. When I signed up, the ads said it was only $9. Misleading ads

I am 100% satisfied.

I had subscribed to the £11 course but got hidden subscription deduction of £33 after a week. I sent an email to their support disclosing my displeasure, and within 5 mins of sending the email, I got a refund. It was very fast that it cancelled my anger/displeasure. I advice they disclose the hidden subscription for their credibility.

Training is comprehensive and easy to follow. I subscribed to an add on membership for AI tools, but it was not working for me as I had to buy other tools. I requested the cancellation to be processed and it was done in a short span of time. I cannot complain at all.
