Five star customer service.
Bought a Juve training set, it was caught by customs and returned to Stepiconic who gav me a full refund, no problem, excellent service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Good quality and great fit of T-shirts ,
Bought it by seeing those good reviews and I’m glad I purchased it, the quality and fit of the T-shirt is top notch. I never expected this quality of product from an online clothing brand. I washed it few times and Color doesn’t fade. Step iconic provides good clothing products.

Literally copped an XL fit like a medium, asked for refund thats taken a stupid amount of time to get back. Still pending after 8 days. Barely any reassurance after having to wait around for the tracksuit in first place. Been patient but this guys taking the p*ss. Who sends an echeque? Did i pay using an echeque? Joke of a company with pretty subpar quality tracksuits

I am sorry to hear about the issues surrounding your order and I can completely understand your disappointment. I believe you purchased two tracksuits via our website of which you didn't like the fitting of one of them so you decided to return it. We was more than happy to do this so we refunded you this using the payment method you had used this was paypal. As you may know this is a very established safe and secure platform which we use to ensure reliability and reassurance for our customers.
The period of which your item was refunded was between 22nd of december 2022 as you may know the money doesn't always appear back into your account immediately it always takes a few hours or a few days to clear. Unfortunately on this occasion your refunded has taken longer than expected due to the bank holidays and festive season which many institutions are off away. I have investigated this and you had been kept up to date throughout the whole process.

20 days later still no product
Ordered an England shirt for the World Cup 20 days later still no shirt . When I questioned where product was I was met with quite a rude response . Do not order from here I repeat DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Still waiting for refund so will update if I receive or not
