I wish I could give 0 stars. Pathetic service by Mishuu in delivering the outfits on time..advertising on website that they dispatch within 24 hrs which is all lies. They dispatch after 3 days and their package is recieved after a month. Unfortunately I believed them. In their website they have mentioned that they use DHL, FedEx ,UPS to deliver. Its all fake. They use cheap cargo service which will wait for a month to collect all the package towards destination and then ship it. Mishuu spoiled my festival by using them and not delivering on time..
Coming to the quality of the product its just not upto the mark for the price they charge. Just for name sake outfit. And customer service is pathetic. They wont respond to calls even if its a Canada's number which they have posted. They wont. Just minimal reply in watsapp as and when they want.

Dress arrived fast and on time for Eid!
It’s just like I saw in the website and very beautiful. Got a lot of compliments on it.
Only thing I would say is that most of the stones and sequins on the dress are glued on so they started to fall off.

I'm having a HORRIBLE time trying to get store credit (there are NO cash refunds) on 3 outfits that I purchased 3 months ago. They take a little longer to receive, and once I did, I found out that none of them fit. I contacted the company via email and got a reply immediately, saying they'd refund 10% of my original purchase price ($270) so I could get alterations done. I told them I'd rather return everything and get the next larger size. I packaged everything back in it's original bags with tags still attached and shipped back AT MY EXPENSE ($64!) because I'd rather have the larger sizes. The package was arrived on Mar. 4. The Mishuuu website says to expect store credit in 10 days. It's now 3 WEEKS plus 2 days and still I've got nothing. I've emailed the company 3 times. I've called and left messages. Of course, by this time they have my money....credit card was paid long ago.

Shipping was fast and the outfit was beautiful and high quality. The chest was a bit tight despite measuring correctly but easy enough to get it altered.

I love this suit so much. The color matches exactly like in the picture and the fabric is nice and soft. The sharara is pretty big for an xs but overall a really nice suit.

Honestly was very skeptical about getting clothes from here but both the outfits saved our ass from buying expensive ass suits. Honestly recommend getting ur size from a tailor and then matching to the size chart. It’s true to size.

Fast shipping love the quality only thing most places I’m a medium but the medium here is a big so I should have gone for small.
