Staff are an amazing team that will go above and beyond to deliver an amazing customer service for families and trades people to have a flawless experience while looking at cars and vans on the forecourt .

Went to look at a van, and I needed more time to consider.
It was advertised as having cruise control.
I asked them to show me the cruise control, they then said it didn't.
Then I asked about the Aircon, they said no Aircon either.
I took it for a test drive, and within 5 minutes, I could hear a banging noise, when letting off the accelerator.
On returning to their yard, I told them.
They then said, there is nothing wrong with it.
When I looked a couple of hours later, they had put the price up £1000
Talk about greedy.
No wonder they get a bad reputation

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! My daughter (20 yrs old) bought her first car from here 5 months ago. She went back within the 3 month warranty period to ask them to look at a noise coming from the engine. They fobbed her off by saying it was a wet fan belt and would be OK. The car has just failed an MOT. It has three major problems. The mechanic told us all of these faults would have been there when she bought the car. We now have a bill for £768. Stellar motors were very uncooperative when she rang to speak to them.

Bought a mini bus, stellar paid for the spare set of keys that did not come with the bus, super happy thank you Zac.

Bought a kia ceed off Stella motors, I got a good service very friendly staff,had a issue but they sorted it no problem would recommend.

Referred by a friend and turned out to be a good referral. Nice vans at good prices - many thanks to Zak for being very helpful and selling us a nice Ford Custom.

Dealt with zac initially by phone, helpful and answered questions, got back to me when he missed my call. Held van with 100 deposit as we were travelling fair distance next day. On day dealt with Bernard and Jay both friendly and helpful, I wanted to check fuel tank due to previous advisory and jay went with me to garage round corner for them to check underneath then we put fuel in and went back which was a bit of a hassle but he did it. Van drove back no problems, so far so good, can recommend and seem reasonably priced.

Started 2023 with plenty to look forward to as I am in the process of converting a van recently purchased from Stellar Motor Company. Was extremely pleased with the customer service, no pressure of any kind left me to it, good test drive and very quick turn around. So far all good. Big thanks to Zak 😊

Waste of time.. contacted them 3 times and promised a walk around video of the van but never got back to me.
If they can’t be bothered getting back to people to purchase a can hood knows what they would be like after sales so thank you Stella motor co you’ve saved me a headache I think

Well, went to purchase a Mini Clubman. Arrived and met David the owner. The advertised Mini was not there it was at the garage having the EGR valve done... The mechanic turned up with it an hour later. Had a test drive, it seemed fine but needed brake pads and service. I thought OK seems OK so put down a deposit (£695). The Mini then went for brake pads. Two weeks later still no car. The garage, another two weeks later reported a glow plug issue... turned out the first mechanic had fitted egr incorrectly and the glow plug issue
was now a catastrophic engine failure!! David found a new engine and I agreed to continue with the purchase. Another 3 weeks passed and still no car. Having had a couple of conversations and texts from David we decided to cancel the purchase and he agreed to refund the £695 and £50 as an apology for the inconvenience. So now over 2 months since the initial meeting still no refund. I have however just noticed the Mini Clubman is back on the site and no mention of a new engine in the advert... I am now going to have to pursue a different course of action to recover our money.. Use these people at your own risk....

Went to Stellar to view a £12,000 van listed on Autotrader, firstly I had a test drive, then looked over van, but on close scrutiny it had signs of serious collision damage: both sills caved in, spray painted over, new doors but ill fitting & no seals on either doors plus other damage... very bad damage repair botch! No mention of accident damage when asked just said sold as seen! Whilst out on test drive, owner of Stellar was on his mobile to a previous customer, discussing returning car they'd bought from Stellar to get a refund. It had accident damage that wasn't initially visible. The customer was annoyed! To me there seems a pattern here! It seems, he buys damaged vehicles, gets poor repairs done, then tries to sell his stock.. I WOULDN'T recommend Stellar garage and won't go back.. What a waste of my time!!

disgusting service once they have your money and something is not right with the vehicle, threatened me, called me all sorts and even stopped the warranty, i have all the messages and abusive phone calls recorded and handed to the police, on delivery of the van there was a hole in the door where someone had where someone has put a screwdriver or similar through to pop the lock, he said it was a used van what do you expect for £16,000 pounds lol, now in the hands of trading standards, police and solicitor, use at your own risk, they got quoted £1700 to get the van repaired and offered me as a good will gesture £200 take it or leave it, disgusting company be careful

Not to be trusted, I bought my car in march 19th 2020 from these cowboys, and was told it came with full service history which was a lie, I got the car serviced by reputable company and after much abuse from them they eventually paid the cost of that service. With lockdown on march 23rd I have been unable to use car but have found many faults since, some are not worth mentioning but when inspected by a reputable garage I was informed that the backing of the wing mirrors have been glued on, so I emailed stellar company informing them of this of which they were slanderous towards me. I am a female pensioner whom bought this car with the utmost of trust in believing this company, they obviously saw me coming an elderly woman on her own. Well I am now having to take this further as they have basically said that they are not liable and someone else must have broken them. Yet the car has been on my driveway since lockdown

Purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer from here. It’s great and has no problems have had warranty for a year with the garage and never had to go back. Great guys can’t fault them. Car has been checked by my own garage and it’s perfect. Thank you very much for a great service !!

These guys are as dodgy and unreliable as they come. I purchased a 2014 Skoda Rapid 1.6 CR TDI DSG off them, as on the test drive it drove well and I was reassured by the 3 Month warranty. However after a month the car was driving like a dog. Had it diagnosed with fault codes for: Clutch 1 worn below tolerance, Coolant pump B failure and a problem with injector 4. Contacted them (Took 2 days to be able to talk to anyone who could help) and got asked to bring the car in. Did this, had to arrange alternative travel and collected the car after 5PM the same day. Guy who gave me the keys couldn't tell me what had been done as he hadn't dealt with it (See the theme here?). Rang back in the morning to be told the car drove absolutely perfectly and there was nothing wrong with it, despite even providing them with the fault codes. Basically a big middle finger to me. Had to flog the car to webuyanycar for almost a 1k loss as the repairs were in excess of 3k! Avoid avoid avoid.
