Really happy with the service I received from Stellar Motor Company. Zak was professional, polite and respectful from start to finish, and his colleagues were just as friendly and helpful.
It’s always refreshing to deal with people who are approachable, respectful and genuinely willing to help. Zak made the whole experience straightforward and was a real credit to the company.

Bought a Vito Tourer from them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Turbo failed just as I got home after a 200 mile journey.
Spoke to the dealer, they offered to collect the vehicle and fit a 2nd hand turbo off of a van that had done 80k miles more than mine!
They offered to pay an amount towards a new turbo fitted at my local trusted garage. I was left £400 out of pocket after paying top money for the car in the 1st place.
Noticed that the side door central locking didn’t work - messaged dealer no response - £180 for the part out of pocket.
A few weeks later the NOX sensor failed, these are expensive from Merc. Messaged the dealer - they ignored my messages, replaced £600 NOX sensor at my own cost. 5 weeks after purchase the log book still hadn’t come through. Contacted DVLA and they said it was showing still in trade. Had to apply for a logbook another £25 out of pocket. Bad experience with this dealer. Condition of the vehicle ok, but not as described. Has had some poor paintwork repairs that I’ve only noticed after owning it for a few weeks and hand washing only to find overspray on the lights and paint flaking off around the rubbers.
There is also some sort of electrical fault with the rear light cluster. The CANBus brings up a stop and tail bulb fault randomly - turn the lights off and on again and it clears!
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP
Their MOTs must be dodgy too as the parking brake is inoperable and the wiper blades have perished and are non existent! Oh and the steering lock doesn’t work either.

In medio juli 2025 een BMW R1200RT uit 2010 gekocht in de kleur Polar met ongeveer 75.000 km op de klok. Stella is een outlet van Simako BMW dealer. Tijdens de bezichtiging kon ik een proefrit maken. Alleen tijdens het opstarten gaf het systeem een lege accu aan en een lege tank. De verkoper vertelde dat de motor al 5 weken stil stond na de inruil. Vreemd, want een standaard BMW gel-accu kan langer dan 5 weken zonder opladen. Kortom, ik accepteerde dat verhaal onder het motto: Een BMW outlet, what can go wrong. De motor aangeschaft en eind juli opgehaald. Tijdens ophalen zei de verkoper eerste even de papieren en betaling regelen en dan de motor inspecteren. De verkoper Dick Boer geeft na betaling een check van de accumeting. Vervolgens de melding van lege tank. De verkoper pakt een jerrycan met benzine om bij te tanken en de tank overstroomd. Een defecte tankmeter. Wat zegt de verkoper: Misschien trekt de tankmeter zo bij. Echt niet. Naar huis gereden, 150 km verderop. Nog steeds melding lege tank. Klacht ingediend en, jawel, 2,5 maand later, kon de motor worden langsgebracht. Kan ik er op wachten. Nee. Dus motor gebracht op een zaterdag halverwege september 2025 en een week later opgehaald. Met mijn zoon als rijder voor de 2 maal heen en weer terugreis. Duur geintje die 600 km. Tijdens het ophalen van de motor na de reparatie van tankmeter bleek de verlichting van het dashboard niet meer te regelen te zijn. Toen ik daar melding va maakte werden de schouders opgehaald: Waarschijnlijk een diode en volgens ons heeft u geen garantie. Vreemd voor een motor van Euro 7000 Euro (zonder inruil en wettelijke verplichting van garantie). Nu ben ik geen zeur maar als gewoon nevenvestiging van Simako BMW dealer en Outlet gewoon je schouders ophalen. Van de gemaakte melding nooit meer iets gehoord. Nu, na een 7 maanden, loopt de accu binnen 4 weken leeg en moet vervangen worden. Stella motoren, het is het gewoon niet. Koffie is lekker, maar er zijn echt heel veel betere motorzaken (waar ik graag kom). Eigenlijk is Stella een foutje.

Avoid this company, rude and abusive owner ZAK or known by another name. False information about vehicles, wrong MOTS- check on gov website. False advertising.

Had my ford Transit Van for sale for a short time when Zak made me an offer of almost my asking price!
We made a deal and he transferred the money and collected within 24hrs.
Great person to deal with and would recommend anyone to buy or sell with Stellar Motor Company .

I bought a van from stellar about a year ago, the van was very clean and I have had no issues at all since ownership, the staff are brilliant, every1 I met that worked there was very polite and really helpful, I needed a new van urgently and they even managed to meet me out of there normal working hours to help me find a new van.
I will definitely be in contact with them again the next time I need a new van.

Very awful customer service. They lady told me they will send me the service history as they are busy now. However, they didn't although i contacted them several times later. I called today to ask again about the service history
but they told me the car was sold !!!

Absolute waste of time and efforts

UPDATE: the company owner called me from this number ‪07961365365‬ asking me to remove the reply. I refused to remove it because they lied to me and wasted my time. After i refused, he started swearing at me and at my mother and said very dirty words about us

Went to see an honest low mileage van. Obviously a crash damaged repaired, not very well repaired either van. Non of the front panels or headlights lined up and the main repair seemed to be on the passenger/side cargo door column. All smiles but couldn't get out of the place quick enough.

Louise is a superstar! Sorted us our chosen van and drove away on the same day with no hassel. Bernard is also fab, great guy,! Thanks a lot stellar motor company we are extremely satisfied.

Very good experience, was well looked after, had support from both Louise and Bernard. Highly recommend
