Steel Door Company  Recensioni

Everything from sales, delivery, customer service and aftercare were fantastic.

Tyler & Oli that carried out the installation are both very professional, knowledgeable and have a great sense of humour.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

The Steel Door Company were amazing!!! And really affordable. The quality of my internal steel doors are superb. From the initial consultation with Will, through to Natalia and then Tyler and Olly fitting the doors, it was so so good. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys for an amazing job!!!!

Ordering an expensive door remotely via a website felt risky. However, the overall experience was excellent. The quality of the door is excellent and beyond expectation. The fit is perfect in a complex wall of a 220 year old house.
The measurement survey was conducted by Adrian who patiently took me through the options and design adjustment for a perfect fit.
The design detail was communicated flawlessly to the factory and the installation team. The installers were Lewis, Owen and Simon. They arrived fully prepared to carry out what was a complex installation. Their work was highly professional and time efficient.
These 4 staff members are a credit to the company.
In addition to their skills they were willing to drive an over 12 hours round trip from Steel Doors to my home in Edinburgh. Both Adrian and Lewis's team arrived with a smile and went straight to work and didn't stop until finished.
I would also like to thank Jess and Natalia for coordinating the survey and installation visits and keeping me up to date.

Ollie and Tyler were great, very professional and they could not have been more helpful.
Terrific ambassadors for the company.

"We initially looked at Crittall windows, but the high costs and long lead times were a major hurdle. Other suppliers suggested aluminum alternatives, but we felt the bulky frames compromised the slim, heritage aesthetic we were after.

Everything changed when we found The Steel Door Company. From start to finish, the advice we received was impeccable, and they delivered the exact architectural look we envisioned. A huge thank you to the team—specifically Steve, whose impartial guidance was invaluable, and Lewis, who was the ultimate professional throughout the installation. Their attention to detail and care were outstanding. They are a credit to the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking high-end steel solutions."

Amazing quality and great service. Jess is an absolute star. We had a small issue with the floor after install, Jess and her team resolved it quickly and perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company for both quality and workmanship. Thank you so much Paula

Lovely guys and very accommodating, the finished product looks great. Well done!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The doors are brilliant and the 2 guys fitting them today (Lewis and Owen) were outstanding and did a great job. Would highly recommend them 👍

Great experience from start to finish. The doors look incredible, feel substantial and were a great price.
Sales were lovely. The surveyor was thorough and the fitters were super polite, tidy and knowledgeable. My husband is quite picky about finishes and he is incredibly impressed with the job the fitters have done.
We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Very professional team, high quality product and good value for money

The only thing I can say is WOW! After waiting a few weeks for our beautiful new doors to arrive, everything has exceeded our expectations. From the moment we met fitters Lewis and Owen we knew we were in good hands.
The quality of the doors is unbelievable, they have completely changed the space, making our home feel much bigger and so luxurious.
Thank you to the whole team at Steel Door Company, it’s been a pleasure to deal with you and very refreshing to find such exceptional service.

They fitted the glass conference room in my office at BCMK Law. The best in the business, amazing. From start to finish. They came on time and did a fantastic job.

Amazing, we are so pleased with our new doors! The service and communication from start to finish was exceptional. Lewis and Owen, our fitters, answered all of our questions and did a fantastic job. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank
You so much!

What a great company, a first class service from booking to fitting of the doors and the quality of the product.

Big shout out to Jess Roberts. Excellent Customer service, this is the definition of someone that is customer centric focused.

Also a big thank you to the two fitters, extremely professional and polite, whilst leaving the job tidy.

A great UK based company, wishing them all the success that will surely come their way.

Evening Jess @ Steeldoor
Well it’s been a hectic final two weeks tidying up as the various trades completed the finishing touches to our (we think stunning) renovation!

Your door has gained so much attention!

From our Architect , Builder and friends who’ve visited to help us move stuff back downstairs from our attic bolthole home upstairs over the last 7months.

I hope the photos do justice to your beautiful door.

Well done all at Steeldoor!

Merry Christmas to you all and hope you gain plenty new orders in 2026 and beyond.

The Steel Door Company offer very competitive rates as compared to other door companies supplying either the same product or very similar.

The customer service from my experience was exceptional, in that everyone I had contact with, were professional, helpful and friendly.

The product that I received was of a high standard and installed to a high standard; which i can say from my own experience, is becoming a rare thing these days.

Thank you

Great doors, great service.

My conversation started with Jack over a year before the doors were fitted, purely down to the build journey, but he kept in regular contact with me which I appreciated. Once the openings were fully ready, the team came measured, discussed the options and we ordered the doors :-)

Lead time was fine and they were installed by two friendly, polite engineers who were diligent and just got on with task of getting them fitted. My doors look amazing, really happy with the quality. I'm going to order another one this week :-) thank you Jack and Natalia for all your support

The Steel Door Company did a fantastic job with the installation from start to finish. The guys were super good at communication, keeping me informed every step of the way, and the work was done efficiently. The door itself is a high-quality product that looks great and feels incredibly secure. I highly recommend them!
