Outstanding Service & Top Quality Steel Doors
From the first phone call to Paul to the final installation by their own team I could not have been more happy. The service has been first class, everything that was promised was delivered on time.
We did have a look round at various people making steel doors and nobody come close to the quality of the doors they make. The attention to detail in manufacturing is incredible and the end result is stunning - A massive thank you to all the team at I-Steel for a job well done!

Fire-rated steel doors with side and overhead panels. Very happy with the process from beginning to end. Doors have been installed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the outcome. One of the only companies providing slim profile fire rated doors in the UK. Also be aware that several of the other companies with big online presence in UK actually buy their products from iSteel and put a signigicant markup on.

A very mixed customer service
Overall a good experience - HOWEVER VERY INDUSTRIAL WELD ON HINGES LETS THE PRODUCT DOWN HUGELY.
I purchased an internal door set with fixed side panels. The images that i based my decision on only show the door from the non- hinge side. At the point of installation i expressed my concern over the coarse nature of the welds. I-Steel pointed me to terms and conditions that effectively says the product may be rough and ready because they are hand made and then a link to a photo of the weld hidden away on their web site.
i - Steel let themselves down on this small detail - a shame bearing in mind this is an absolute premium product

We’re pleased to hear the overall experience was good, although we completely understand your comments regarding the visible hinge welds. Our doors are handmade steel products and, unlike mass-produced alternatives, certain fabrication details can remain visible as part of the industrial character of the design. That said, we appreciate that expectations can differ — particularly when investing in a premium product.
Your comments are genuinely valuable to us, particularly regarding how these fabrication details are represented during the buying process. We are currently reviewing how these elements are shown across our product imagery so customers can make the most informed decision possible before purchase.

An outstanding product
An excellent service from start to finish. A quick response to our initial request for a quote followed by a detailed measured survey and final quote with drawings. Superb communication throughout and culminating in an outstanding finished product that exceeded our expectations. Two sets of double internal doors installed by two fantastic fitters who worked professionally throughout.

Great British company
Great British company. We had two double doors (critall style) fitted. They have transformed our kitchen dining area giving both rooms a classy look.
All the people we dealt with at the company were very helpful, conscientious and professional . The doors fit perfectly and were fitted by a great team. The back up snagging ( slight problem with locks) was rectified the very next day by the same guy that measured up.

British manufacturing and service at its very best
We were delighted to discover a British company, producing quality steel doors. On Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) grounds we always strive to avoid buying anything manufactured in China.
We were initially introduced to Ben (Project Manager) who detailed our project needs (triple Crittal style, steel, sliding, glazed lounge/kitchen dividing doors.
From there he produced detailed technical drawings and a quote which we glad to accept. The quote was a fraction of the costs quoted by others importing or making aluminium look-alike doors.
We were subsequently contacted prior to the prearranged delivery date to fine tune measurements etc, after which they arrived promptly on the day of installation.
I cannot tell you how pleased we all are with the finished product. Absolutely fantastic. Everyone who has seen them thinks they are superb.

I can do nothing but highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to undertake a similar project.
Very happy to act as a willing referee and provide photos of the finished product.

Great service from start to finish, and the product is first rate. Paul kept us fully updated from first viewing, to design and delivery. Andy and Kai installed the glass doors/wall with absolutely no fuss and were professional, polite and tidy throughout. Very pleased with end result.

Great service
I firstly want to say thank you to ISteel for an excellent service. From the initial enquiry through to completion the team have been fantastic. Everyone was very efficient, worked as a team, and brilliant at the part they played in my order. The timings were great, they never moved any dates, I knew exactly when things were happening and what stage we were at. I could not of asked for a better service. I would highly recommend ISteel. I would definitely use them again. My doors are exactly what I wanted and beautiful. Special thank you to Paul my project manager, so professional and first class customer service.

iSteel have been excellent to deal with…
iSteel have been excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. Our project will have been small for this company but they made us feel very important to them, with quick responses to phone calls, emails etc. When we weren’t sure what we wanted at the beginning and what they could do Andy was so thorough and patient as we discussed building regulations, fire safety, house insurance implications, internal/external doors, providing doors without thresholds for a free flowing floor between two rooms. Everyone else we have dealt with for site survey, accounts, and the fitters on installation day have provided a superb service. Notwithstanding the doors themselves. We are highly delighted with the quality and look of the finished product. Very grateful to iSteel for their excellent advice and service and we would highly recommend this company.
