So easy to use and steams clothes brilliantly. I want to wash clothes so i can steam them! I tried a hand steamer and this is way ahead! Though i lime the ‘ironing glove’ i would also love just a heat proof glove

I already own some Steamery products and this one lived up to my expectations. Arrived quickly, nicely packed and works a treat!

The product is easy to use and exactly as described.

Did not receive next day delivery , as promised, has to leave on holiday without iron .

Order paid but not delivered. Got in touch with their customer service but they're just waiting for DPD to explain 🤷

My trusty Cirrus 2 suffered a mishap which left a broken and subsequently lost stopper for the water tank. This obviously caused leakage when in use. As my steamer was out of warranty I had little hope of a manufacturer solution. I emailed customer service for help with sourcing a new stopper; imagine my surprise when two days later a whole new replacement water tank was delivered completely free of charge. That’s 10 out of 10 for customer service in my books. Thank you to the superb support team at Steamery.

I have both the steamer and the pile remover and they look just great (and work well). Steamer takes a while to get the hang of but it's worth persevering - just to ditch the clumsy old ironing board! Looking forward to a rainy afternoon de-fuzzing all my winter jumpers and making them look like new again. The steam water is rather expensive and I will get mine elsewhere in future but all in all great Company and great products.

Love this iron/steamer. Took me a few goes to get the best results but that was nothing to do with the iron/steamer, it was finding the best place to position the item, I find it works best with a hard surface behind the item of clothing I do mine against the bedroom door. I can now get quite a few items done without having to top up the water [I'm using battery water by the way]. I think this is a fantastic item to have in your wardrobe and it will be coming with me when I travel.

About two years ago I purchased a Steamery Cirrus No. 2 Travel Steamer. After 2 years of light use, the handle started to overheat and could not be touched without being burnt. There was hot steam leaking through the small on/off button so that it became impossible to press down that button in order to use the product. I did not expect a travel steamer from a modern brand to last for only two years or to become unsafe to use! The Steamery UK team did not show any interest in taking responsibility for their malfunctioning products and were unwilling to repair or replace it due to the 2 years warranty just being hit. I will certainly stay away from further Steamery products as I am not interested in replacing a so called “sustainable” product every two years. Their customer service was appalling and it is a mystery to me how the company would produce unreliable and unsafe products and simultaneously talk about their sustainability value.

Pretty products that become dangerous to use with no one to take responsibility for it is not what we need in our world. We expect you to do better, Steamery.

When I purchased Steamery ( expesive product at Conran shop) my coleagus did not recomebd it!! I did not listened them and purchased it, but now I am the looser as now I should agree-IT'S DO NOT LAST AS QUALITY IS VERY< VERY POOR!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT< YOU WLL REGRET...

Simple and very easy to use it does an excellent job to remove creases and to freshen up your clothes and bedlinen

Beautifully designed & easy to hold. Strongs motor with rechargeable battery which lasts over 2 hours per charge. Amazingly effective, better than anything I have used before. Expensive but transformers the appearance of garments.

I need to return an item and the process to return is taking too long.
