I contacted Steam and Dream regarding a sauna for the garden and went through the process of choosing spec and arranging which was straightforward. When time came for delivery the guys turned up when advised and got to work in a reliable and professional way from the go. Worked straight through, morning till night only stopping for a coffee once despite me offering multiple coffee and bacon rolls. Hard working gents indeed. They returned the next day to finish off and the product was excellent, just as advertised and constructed excellent. We did have an issue that the decorative facing and water heater were forgotten however before the guys started the build in November they made us aware and said they would return early February to complete. I had no issues with this and chose to pay them in full regardless and trust they would return. And return they did just as promised in Feb and finished the install. I'd have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this company to a friend. Their service is excellent, prices are by far the best and their installation team are gentlemen. Excellent jobs guys, thank you.

Wij hebben een sauna 2,5 m gekocht via SteamDreamSaunas. Ik heb de verkoper via Marktplaats leren kennen, dus ik vond het spannend wie ik zou ontmoeten. Ik ben echt zeer tevreden. Vanaf moment 1 super goed contact gehad. Op de dag van levering kwamen twee heren die precies wisten wat ze aan doen waren. Dit resulteerde in een prachtige sauna. De heren zijn zeer vriendelijk en verstaan hun vak. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier hun sauna te kopen. Een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zijn zelfs zo tevreden, dat ze binnenkort een hottub komen plaatsen.

Amazing all round. I couldn't believe the value for money, alongside brilliant communication from the get go and genuinely lovely people. The guys who came to install were fab and braved the crazy weather for hours! The sauna is great quality and I loved all the little accessories you provided too. Thanks again guys!
