we bought a fantastic barrel sauna through them which we use at least 3 times a week. I have to admit being a bit nervous going over Facebook and communicating over Whatsapp but the company is definitely legit, no worries ! smooth communications to get our sauna tailored comletely to our desires, no ask has been too much and they always updated the offer accordingly (+ and -). one day installation itself went very smooth with 2 hardworking and friendly guys. few follow-up conversations afterwards so no hit and run approach. could not be happier with my investment !

I am writing my review a second time, because my first review got removed within 3 days since it was published.
I hope the company that built the sauna will fix its mistakes.
I had an awful experience with this construction company.
1. The sauna was assembled not in the centre, but with an offset to one edge of the foundation.
2. The stove was installed out of alignment, which causes the pipe to be installed at an angle, which can lead to a CO leak and poisoning.
3. The vent hole is drilled in the curved part of the barrel and therefore the shut-off vent valve does not close, which is why it takes a long time to heat the furnace to raise the temperature.
4. After installing the sauna, the roof leaked, the company representative came and spent the day fixing the leak, but the roof is still leaking.
5. The benches are installed tilted, not levelled.
6. The mounting screws have gone through and are sticking out so that you can get hurt.
7. In the advertising photograph, the external joints of the sauna walls are coated with sealant. This was not done, which caused water to seep into the sauna when it rained.
8. After contacting the company with request to fix the issues, they stopped answering e-mails and calls. I could provide photos and videos of all snags.

Wonderful experience with Steam & Dream! Got my sauna within weeks, installed in my backyard. The sauna was spot on! Great value for money!

Alles verliep vlot met de keuze en het plaatsen van onze barrel sauna met houtkachel. Contact met het bedrijf verliep steeds snel, correct en vriendelijk, zowel voor als na de bestelling. Afspraken werden nagekomen en het plaatsen was niet lang na de bestelling.
De opbouw zelf was professioneel en vak-bekwaam. Het resultaat is perfect, degelijk en mooie afwerking.
De sauna ziet er prachtig uit en werkt prima!

Great quality. Delivered and installed. Excellent wood. The fire is also awesome. This is my second sauna. This is very much the best yet.

Absolutely brilliant experience getting a custom built cube sauna from start to finish. All lads involved were professionals, very friendly and made the whole peocess nice and smooth. Excellent communication and support in the process leading up to the purchase of our barrel sauna. After some time we did decide to go ahead with Steam and Dream and so far out experience has been great. Laurynas and colleague arrived early on set day and worked all day to get the sauna built. They took their time to do everything well and we are extremely pleased with their work. We have not used the sauna yet as we are waiting for the electrician to connect everything but would highly recommend this company to purchase your sauna or hottub.

They Made my dream reality . Super friendly and proffesional people who took care from order till the building of the sauna .They also gave good instructions how to use the sauna. I would recomment this company to every one who is looking for a perfect sauna . Thanks to the hole team 🫶

Ziggy and his co worker where very professional and friendly. They constructed our Sauna within a day. The Sauna itself is simply fabulous. Stove is easily lit, it heats up in no time and holds the heat very well. The standard and finish of the materials used is excellent. We would recomend this company to friends and family.

That went well, I also had constant contact over whatsapp, Where i have gotten fast reply's on my questions.
The sauna was deliverd quite fast after ordering and they where very friendly.
And the sauna quality seems to be very well.
