I like your product but your service too bad

Die Lunchbox ist super und heizt das Essen richtig gut auf. Allerdings ist der Akku etwas schwächer und hält keine 15min aufheizen durch. Zudem ist die Box sehr teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Marken

Who know? I ordered the steambox a month ago and still did not get them.

Al meerdere malen geprobeerd contact op te nemen met de klantenservice via de mail en instagram: 0 antwoord. Ik heb 2x de steam-box besteld en maar 1x binnengekregen.

I ordered this as a gift, delivery quotes 1-2 days, still have not received, I have now sent 4 emails and received no response.
However if you want to cancel there is no route to do so, really disappointed with their lack of customer service.
Ordered having seen a review in the Camping and Caravanning club mag, will post my experience on their website.

Lang op bestelling gewacht moest er zelf steeds achteraan.
Klantenservice zeer slecht bereikbaar, nu wacht ik nog steeds op antwoord.
Steambox app werkt niet goed soms wel soms niet.
De steambox warmt maximaal 20° op na 20 min. Iedere dag lauwe maaltijden.
Produkt veel te duur voor wat het doet.

Product advertisment was a lie. I do not recommend to buy it.
Its not worth more than 50$.

On one charge you can heat only once, battery is dead after about 30 mins of usage. You cannot heat when charging, which makes it useless as charging takes 3 hrs. App is a disaster, mine doesnt even connect to the unit.

I wont buy any upgraded version.

Ik kende het bedrijf als ‘my heat box’ van een pitch op BNR een aantal jaren geleden.
Nu inmiddels ‘Steambox’ en heb er twee besteld. In 2023, met het idee van een christmas present. Nog steeds niet ontvangen (inmiddels ruim 2024) en nul communicatie vanuit Heatbox. Geen reactie op mail of telefoon.
Mijn omgeving adviseerde juridische stappen te ondernemen en geld terug te vorderen.
Helaas kan ik niet -5 sterren waardering geven.

Just before Christmas I ordered a steambox & extra container. Because I was going on a trip, Kevin from team-steambox delivered the package to my home the morning of departure.

Because I always have to eat hot, I am very happy with this steambox that heats my meals very well🍲

The steambox would work absolutely fantastic with a charger for the car. 🚘 > Charge it while driving and then find a nice spot somewhere to eat your hot meal in a relaxed way🌳 … I can not wait 😉

Ahem, "sent" confirmation same day, but package still not handed over to delivery in 2 weeks. That's terrible and broke all my plannings...

When fully charged , it will warm up your food only one time. There is no return policy so if u don’t like it. You really can’t return. It is too too big. There is no bypass feature so it will only work by battery only no matter what.

I liked being able to use this in the airport while traveling. I also like being able to bring hot meals with me wherever I go and know I have a way to heat it up.

Unfortunately, the last several times I’ve used my Steambox it stops and says it needs more water, but there is water in the bottom. I have cleaned the bottom portion after each use to try to fix the problem, but nothing helps. So, my food is cold. Therefore, I can no longer depend on my food to be hot while using the Steambox.

I have reached out several times to Steambox via email and have not gotten a response on this issue.

I received a totally different product (a Kineon Move+ pro???) and have been waiting days...and continue to wait...for this company to email me back and resolve this issue so i can get what i actually paid for.

I almost purchased steambox lunch box, but since there is no response from customer service whatsoever, appears I will purchase the item elsewhere! They are great with automatic emails though that remind of items left in my cart.
What was the issue I wanted to check with them via email? ( Sent also in reply to their automatic emails as they suggest us doing in case of questions) They mention 12-24 months warranty by description of lunch box, but in terms of service it says the opposite - they would not be responsible for anything and return possible only if the product has not been opened - most of the times, why would I send if right back, unless it wouldn't function properly?!?
Sad, but probably too good to be true 🤷

Der Akku der Steambox reicht leider nur für eine Mahlzeiten-Erwärmung, obwohl diese jeweils nur 15 Minuten eingestellt wird.
